I ordered a dress it was the wrong size, faulty and then find out the company operates from china. After requesting an exchange then a full refund. I have been told in their last e mail to ‘take the dress back to china’ I was also told to take the dress to a local tailor to get the fault fixed. They have a unit in West Midlands where I had offered to take the dress back to.
They have offered gift cards for 35% of the cost of the dress or send it back to china at your cost , keep the dress and have a small refund - the usual avoiding living by non UK consumer rights.

Don’t buy anything from this site, the quality was terrible and the fit was worse!!! The dress came with bright red marker lines on the fabric and the measurements were more than 3 inches off from the provided measurements on multiple seams!!! It’s a total scam.

Standard size dresses ordered only . The site says refundable with 14 days of receipt on arrival. I have not opened, I just want them to go back . I have asked several times for help and the return form. They just keep saying this is not possible. We keep going round in circles . So currently I'm stuck with dress do not want and £490 out of pocket. Please do not get caught out. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

After reading so many negative reviews | was really skeptical about ordering from here. But I'm glad I took the chance. I ordered my wedding dress and it is literally exactly like the picture. Im so happy with it and so excited to put it on. AVOID this company. I ordered 3 different dress styles all in the same size for events that were occurring over the following 2 months. I received numerous emails that they would fulfill orders that contained multiple dresses for fear that someone would be making the order, selecting only 1 dress then returning the others. That was not my intention, but the email exchanges (no ability to actually speak to a human) were causing time to run out as the events were fast approaching. I decided to cancel the order and was informed they would only refund 80% of my money. So basically they stole 20% of the cost of the order. Please don't let this happen to you. Order elsewhere.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT buy from here the sizing is pathetic and the garments poorly made I didn't order custom made as apparently it's returnable so I ordered a 16 uk as I'm usually a 14 and was happy to alter if too big but the dress they sent is somewhere between a 10 /12. I spent £248 and it's still a nightmare to get a full refund less shipping costs. DO NOT go anywhere near this site if you love the style that much take a photo of the dress and get a replica made here tailor fit and no hassle.
