Good customer-centric service

I have been working with this company for about 4 years. I want to note that the company does not stand still and is constantly expanding its offers and increasing the service. Cooperation is not always easy, but the support service helps in every possible way to solve problems. What I like is the quick response to the requests sent. Sending parcels works smoothly, all sending data is immediately visible in Order's info. The interface is simple and straightforward. Thanks to the Flowship team for good service!

I enjoyed working with Floship

I enjoyed working with Floship. This was my first time doing a Kickstarter fulfilment and they helped make the process very smooth and easy.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that their estimates for shipping were off like 10% (I didn't verify this value ~$2.5k). The rates are defined by the carriers, so Floship can't take all the blame there.

I would use Floship again in the future.

Solid Service with Room for Improvement

We've been using Floship as shipping partner for a while now, and we couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the process has been seamless.

The communication is excellent; they keep us informed at every stage of the shipping process, providing real-time updates.

What sets Floship apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Any concerns or inquiries are addressed promptly, and their customer support team is both friendly and knowledgeable.

We want to specifically commend our account managers, Nicolia and Jason, for their outstanding support. Their dedication and professionalism have played a crucial role in our positive experience with Floship. They go above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure that our shipping needs are met seamlessly.

While we appreciate their overall performance, there's room for improvement in their system/portal. It could be more user-friendly and intuitive. Navigating through certain processes could be smoother, and we believe enhancing this aspect would significantly elevate the overall experience.

Didn't have the greatest process or experience with Floship, but once we had our new account manager Nicolia on board our experience she has been amazing. Best Account Managers & Software

We moved to Floship about 6 months ago and having worked with 3 other previous fulfillment centers, I can say that Floship has been a game changer. Their WMS is the best I have seen in the industry allowing us to update or altar orders as they come in without the assistance of our account manager. Orders go out daily and they have really added a new level of autonomy to our brand. Not to mention we have had the most helpful account manager on the planet. 10/10 recommend.

Ship with Floship

The process is a bit challenging to onboard (i.e. getting accustomed to the Floship Portal and the procedures Floship utilise to run their business). However, when you get a hang of it, it's an efficient system. Santosh was our rep and he helped us through the process.

Floship has an excellent team and special thanks to Santosh K Singh who has taken special care of our crowdfunding orders, As an account manager he made sure that all the minute details were checked before the customer pointed it out.

Avoid at all costs! $140,000 USD loss and counting...

As of 10 August 2023:

Having not dealt with Floship for several months, they have charged a card we removed from their website with 0 communication prior. After attempting to contact them they have done nothing to resolve the issue which resulted in us raising a separate dispute. They do not provide any visibility to their costs nor receipts for their services charged. I am happy to provide evidence to anyone that would like to see it so that they can avoid this disaster of a company.

As of 5 July 2023:
See below for Floship's reply to other users - their complete hostility at the suggestion of any wrongdoing is indicative of the awful experience you will also have if you make the mistake of working with them. Please also note that their response does not make any attempt to address concerns.

They will make reference to attempted communication since May however this has only consisted of requests for additional money and queries as to when they will receive more of our stock. Our prior requests for support, transparency regarding postage receipts, and general work orders have been largely ignored until this review occurred. If they actually had an interest in resolving this they can provide a public explanation regarding the below concerns.

For anyone reading this, feel free to reach out and we'll happily provide screenshots and additional evidence of our experience!

As of 12 June 2023:
Review provided with an update for visibility, noting 0 response from Floship since these concerns were originally raised:

In short, avoid unless you want to cause significant impact to your customer's experience. Our clients have been inconvenienced severely through ineffective and late shipping practices whilst we have burned a significant amount of time and money in correcting this; to the extent that we will look forward to just shipping ourselves and/or using better alternatives such as Easyship in the future.

We were originally approached by Floship to provide fulfillment services for a Kickstarter campaign. After being provided a full cost simulation and in-person advice all support disappeared once fulfillment began.

Notably this has included:

- Agreeing to DDP (duties paid) shipping, which was paid upfront, and then subsequently invoicing us a second time for the same custom fees/duties. Once the invoice was paid staff also attempted to change the terms of the agreement to DAP (duties unpaid) before being corrected, citing difficulties with their customs broker that were false and had to be resolved ourselves.

- Support staff refusing to provide any receipts for postage costs. You are provided 'estimate' options per carrier and are invoiced for them up to a month later, with no indication as to how costs were calculated so that more affordable options can be identified.

- Orders were regularly pick-packed incorrectly, with missing items leading to further shipments (+ costs) and negative customer experience.

- Despite a contractual SLA of next business day fulfillment, they did not ship more than 1200 orders for 28+ days, and attempted to charge us for the use of a more expensive courier, stating that the original selection was unavailable. When this was queried, they stated they would refund the 'difference'; however this never occurred.

- Losing inbound shipments for several weeks, and claiming that they were not delivered until signed proof of delivery was provided by the delivery courier.

- Postage costs are provided as inflated estimates and your money is held for several months before invoicing, requiring you to over-spend in order to continue fulfillment.

- There is no option to withdraw money deposited and you are charged a 3% deposit fee in addition to a 3% service fee per invoice. This information was NOT included in the original cost simulation provided.

- Email support requests are regularly ignored and staff will not respond to actual queries.

-Their portal does not provide for sending customers tracking emails, and you will need to pay upwards of $300 USD/month for external apps (e.g. Aftership, which did not end up working).

These are just some of our most recent negative experiences however they have continued since November 2022 and have continued from there.

Incompetent and expensive, you need to avoid them!

Having had the misfortune of working with them for almost a year, any request for help or actual support is met with silence however they will happily take your money whilst consistently losing shipments and overcharging.

Do not believe their shipping quotes and cost simulations, they will charge you more than twice this amount and request a 3% 'Management Fee' as well as the card fees themselves. Any refunds are only provided as credit within their system for which they will then create inflated invoices.

You will be spammed daily by emails and marketing promotion however their team does not reply to actual queries.

I notice that they flag any negative review and attempt to have them removed rather than seek any resolution, which you can see for yourself if you scroll through these reviews or look at others online.
