It's a scam.

Same general experience as the rest of the reviews. Placed an order for next day delivery and it wasn't delivered. Tried to call about it and couldn't talk to anyone. I was charged by ftd.com but contacting their customer service is no use. They claim to be separate companies but don't seem to be. I am waiting for the charge to post and will dispute it. Lesson learned. Order 9360242.

They will take your money and not…

They will take your money and not deliver when promised!!! It’s 4 days PASSED the delivery day and I Can’t get a hold of anyone!! No flowers delivered!!! out 100$!! Glad I used a credit card so I can dispute the charge! Save yourself money, disappointed recipient and the headache of getting money back!

Failed to deliver.

I placed an order on 5/4/2021 for delivery on 5/6/2021. The order was never delivered. Later that night, it was updated, and said it would be delivered today 5/7/2021. I sent an email, I called and left a voice mail, then decided to check the order status, which now shows delivery on 5/10/2021. I at that point, canceled my order, and will NOT be using this company again. This was a birthday and Mother's Day order, to be delivered on my mom's birthday. I placed an order for my stepmother last night for Mother's day, through another company, and it arrived today with no issues. I place several flower orders every year, and this is the first time I have ever had any issues with a floral delivery company until now. You lost a potential long-term customer.

This is the worst customer service and…

This is the worst customer service and non-delivery I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 days in advance for delivery and 2 days after they were supposed to deliver they still had not arrived. I called 4x's and no one could give me a straight answer or send me a confirmation of cancellation despite they had my correct email and phone number. NO communication was done AT ALL to notify me that the delivery was not possible by any florist in my area. (Which is BS!!!) I repeatedly asked for a full refund since services were NOT provided and they offered me a $10 credit on future orders. UNACCAPTIBLE!!! Horribly run business and it is just a scam!

Don’t use this company

Chose them because they offered Sunday delivery. After many calls and promises to fix it only to fail to deliver day after day, the flowers finally came Thursday. When I called, there was no explanation of why this error occurred.

THIS is a SKAM don’t buy any flowers here. I ordered very expensive flowers because they were supposed to arrive on an specific day to a bride and they did not. It is been two days since ordered and still waiting. I tried to get my money back and they only give $10 dollars back on delays. I don’t event want them any more. Don’t use this skam. Should have read your reviews before using.

COMPLETE SCAM

The same as all the other reviews. Didn't get a confirmation email. Rang and spoke to someone who couldn't understand me on a dodgy line. No flowers delivered. COMPLETE SCAM.

TERRIBLE NEVER WILL USE AGAIN

Ordered flowers.. Never got email confirmation with the order number. Ordered on 18th... 21st today and still no flowers when paid for same day service. When you call them they line is bad and static you can hardly hear. They ask for the order number and like others here.. they said they sent but never did
Save your money go somewhere else. Called 4 times for same order.. said yep got it will get it there Thursday....its Sunday and still no flowers. IT's been 5 days for same day service and no answers.

Shocking service

Shocking service, I asked for the flowers to be delivered for my daughters birthday, 4 days later and the flowers have still not been delivered, no answer from the emails I’ve sent.
I’m beginning to think they are a scam

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Disaster.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Never even got a receipt in my email, but I saved the order number from the confirmation page. I sent multiple inquiries about why it wasn't delivered during Valentine's day, and even on February 15th. Today February 16th I finally got a hold of their broken-english call center and they said they would contact the florist.

Upon contacting the florist they said the phone rang to voicemail, so basically they had no information for me. I told them to cancel it immediately and refund me, and they still gave me the run around. I have no idea if they intend to refund me but I can be certain that I will get my money back somehow.

Never, ever, ever, ever do business with this company, please. Your good deed will certainly be all for naught. I just ordered same-day delivery from another service to make up for the lack of flowers on what is otherwise a very special day.

Beware of this site!

Beware of this site! I searched local florists for the area I was looking for and went to the website of the florist, so I thought! I got routed through this horrible .com delivery and didn't realize until I already ordered. They advertise one day delivery but it was more like 3 days later after many email and phone calls to try and get my flowers delivered to a special friend. I do not recommend this to anyone and lesson learned for ordering flowers online. PAY ATTENTION!!! A lot of .com delivery services contract with local florists so if you get stuck with one of them, do not believe "one-day delivery." I would much rather support local businesses.

Would give 0.5 stars if I could

Would give 0.5 stars if I could. Delivery was cancelled day it was supposed to be delivered (Sunday). Fine, understandable it was last minute and covid, scheduled for delivery Monday. Flowers were delivered but I paid for the premium arrangement and the flowers that were sent didn't even look like the standard arrangements from other places. Very sparse. Definitely not worth the $. Chose them bc they still had mother's day delivery available (that was obvs not true). Would have been better off with a later delivery from another service. The flowers looked wilted. Would not recommend. Website is antiquated and customer service is terrible.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered flowers online to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day. It's now the Thursday AFTER Mother's Day and still no flowers have been delivered. I never received a confirmation email with my order number. I can't get through their system on the phone to speak to a person without an order number. And I can't fill out the online customer service help request without the order number. So I have no way of contacting the company, but they certainly charged my credit card $109.00 usd instantly after the order was placed. I'm disputing the transaction through my credit card company in an effort to get a refund, but I will never EVER do business with this company again. Buyer beware!

Last minute madness !

Okay, so I got to give them some sort of rating because theoretically they followed every on my order to the tea, except the flowers. Nonetheless they stayed true to my selected “colour palette.” Im not sure if my order was subpar because I live in rural Canada, or if because their general selection is just awful. I’m surprised that they made the effort to include some lavender roses in my bouquet. I paid more for the a Deluxe so the bouquet would be large and of descent sizing for my Mother’s Day bouquet, and yes it’s measurements did not add up to my expectations. Furthermore, it was late. By two days. Which by far compared to some reviews I must say I can’t complain, and in the midst of the pandemic/busy time (aka Mother’s Day) I’ll let that one slide, considering I was last minute on this purchase.
Overall, I would NOT recommend this place. It’s a rip-off. Better off driving to a grocery store and buying a bouquet there, and delivering it yourself.

Ordered there Tons of Roses from the website - showed 1 side of the arrangement with 20 roses in a silver urn. What came was 12 dying roses in a mason jar. COMPLETE BAIT & SWITCH... REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND TO EVERY RATING SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
