Failure to keep apiontment

In May this year I contacted Flogas to arrange for one of their engineers to come and increase the gas pressure from my gas tank the said the would le me know when. Two months later they made an appointment for the 14 July 2025 for around 10:00pm. It is now 1:30pm and of course they have failed to turn up. I rang them and they said they could not get access. I have been here all morning nobody from Flogas has been here they just tell lies. Do not use this company they are the pits

Overdue letter even when account paid!

After making a full payment to this company for a 47kg gas bottle and receiving a confirmation of this we received an overdue balance letter from them! On checking with them they said these letters went out automatically from the credit co ! We have cancelled our account with this cretinous co! Brent Parker

Great company Great service

Totally useless accounts department.

There accounts department has got to be the worst to show how your standing. I pay a 1/4ly charge for the tank & after about 11 months i logged on to order gas & found 3 1/4ly bill to be paid. Not one email for any of these 3 bills & not one reminder. I just ordered another bulk load & once again no emails to say you own us money. Yet i go onto there site & there is a bill there for around £802.00. What makes it worse is they only 14 days to pay it over Christmas. Where has the normal 30 days gone & once again, where is an email to tell me i have a bill. Totally useless. Will defiantly move when my contract is up.

Flowgas has no idea how to deal with customers! We are having continual problems with…

We are having continual problems with Flowgas bulk lpg deliveries. They have a radio control system whereby they know at their HQ that we are running low but they seem to take no notice if it. It takes an hour or more to get through on their phone system. Last delivery we waited weeks, firstly we were told the driver couldn’t find the house. We’ve been customers since 2006. Second try, he said the gate was locked, yet the padlock is a universal Flowgas one supplied by them for which the driver carries a key. Now we are down to 15% and eventually when we got a chat online we were told our delivery date had already passed (!) we were a priority but nothing has been delivered days later. Now today after sitting on the phone for ages my husband eventually spoke to somebody who now says it will be another week before we get a delivery. This company is a real joke.

I had ordered my new gas bottles too…

I had ordered my new gas bottles too early and when I phoned and explained, my order was delayed by one week. Our delivery was made by Andy and we were back in business with plenty of gas to keep us going. Great service.

Running on Fumes in Glenalmond

Moved into property. ordered a full tank of Gas £600 on 9th September 2022 and still waiting for delivery. Now down to 3% left. Been given 3 different delivery dates and they have missed each one. Last one being today 30th Sept 2022.
Customer service have said they need to send a smaller truck to deliver???? next it will be leaves on the ground etc. ect.

18 months no gas.

we leased a site in April 2021, 0 gas, guage stuck at 30%. told flowgas that we were occupiers, then they tried to charge us tank rent. still no engineer to maintain the tank or deliver gas. the tank was due an inspection in November 2021. still no inspection. every time I tell them I will be available due to work commitments they specify a different day. our business has a kitchen full of gas appliances we have not been able to use for 18 months because of this joke of a company.

4 months waiting for gas!

I ordered gas on the 8th October 2021. It is now 6th Feb 2022. I AM STILL WAITING!!!! one hour wait to get through on the phone. Rubbish service.

Price OK, delivery slow

Gas price is OK. Wait time on the phone (to place an order) is horrendous. Delivery service is good but it can take over a week from placing an order to getting your delivery.
