The review Conner left on here is exactly what happened to me as well. I needed an attorney, went to some lawyer website nolo or something.

"Attorney" calls me up and directs me to these clowns so I was under impression they were his people who were also lawyers until I got an email from them asking for my details and telling me they can't actually give me any legal advice they aren't lawyers.

They strung me along for a couple weeks then stopped getting ahold of me. Called after a bit and they said they were working on it. Couple weeks later I got a letter from the creditors. Nice work guys! They're just crooks. I got a local attorney that got a way better deal for less than this place charges up front. I suggest speaking with a real attorney.

I came to Flux Credit when I was done blocking collection calls and ignoring credit card collection calls. I finally had to face the music and get my credit back up and I had no clue what my first steps would be. I was hesitant to call any credit helper agency to be honest because I was already freaked out about all my bills but dealing with something else was just another something . BOY I was wrong ! I worked with Chris for a little over a year and a half and his knowledge and expertise has helped my credit tremendously. He also was there to communicate and explain everything down to the tee. I watched Chris clear up my credit report in awe. He offered me advice to increase my credit. Everything recommendation he gave me, I did and my points increased daily. I am so grateful to have trusted him with my journey in achieving a higher credit score . I started with 8 accounts and now I am down to 2 accounts and almost done! He did everything from answering my questions on a Sunday afternoon to settling the toughest accounts. All I did was sit back and watch my credit increase. He understood where I was coming from and we became good friends along the way. I know it can be scary and you may feel Vulnerable to open the burden you have to someone else but without Chris and Flux Credit , I would still be blocking all those calls! If you want to better your credit, Flux Credit is the way to go!!

Horrible. I worked with somebody named Garrett who took my $500 and said they would help me settle and I would get it back if they couldn’t settle and then they didn’t help me settle. So nothing happened and I’m out of $500 and the manager refused to pay me any of it back even though they had to fire the employee who lied to me.

After I wrote this review the owner Jeremy emailed me demanding I take it down but still wouldn’t take responsibility for a promise his employee made. It was a waste of $500.

I'm very happy with the work that Chris at Flux Credit did on our behalf and highly recommend them. I reached out to Flux Credit when a collection agency was hounding us and threatening to sue. A hospital imaging provider did not submit their claim to our health insurance plan for over a year, at which time the insurance company rejected the claim because it fell outside their timing guidelines. Although our insurance company determined we did not owe anything, the provider turned this over to a collection agency, who harassed us throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flux negotiated a reduced settlement with the collection agency and got their legal commitment to permanently close the case.

Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop regularly throughout the three-month process and always responding quickly to my calls and emails. Everything was handled very professionally. I would turn to Flux Credit again should we ever have a need.

Flux Credit brought peace to my home. Within 12 hours they had a resolution for my financial issue. Honest and integrity. I never leave feedback for a company, however today that changed. As of today, a problem that has followed me for 20 years, has ended. Thank you for your follow thru and thank you for ending the nightmare for me and my family.

flux credit Is an incredible company they help me get out of debt in three years. Jeremy was always there to talk me through everything and to help me with anything I needed!

This is a well run, efficient and knowledgeable organization. They were straight forward , honest, and good communicators. I would highly recommend this fine company.

had got garnished out of no where i had got served but forgot like an idiot but when i seen the first garnishment i called flux immediately and 2 days later he came back with a 40 percent reduction at a full settlement and my got my garnishment back i recommend using these guys

This company is a scam they obviously delete the bad reviews and kept the good so no one knows how much there suck! If I could give them zero stars I would DO NOT GIVE IN to these scammers I hired them which they insisted I pay weekly afterwards as well but a month goes by and no respond only wanting more money! Also I had ask several times for a cancellation and a refund due to not wanting there horrible services they continue to encourage me that things will pick up and continued to shift me around to new agents! I finally had had enough cancelled services and not even 2 weeks later I’m getting a garnishment from a settlement they said they had worked on ! They also said they had paid this in reality they DID NOT pay it! What kind of company only pockets funds and continues to be open THEY ARE A SCAM!

These guys did a great job. Saved me money on the settlement.

This company is amazing! Jeremy and Rob are hard working and incredibly dedicated to their work. The first time I called Jeremy, I was unaware of the 3 hour time difference. He answered his phone at 7 am his time and spent an hour on the phone with me discussing my situation and our personalized plan of attack to address mine and my husbands credit/legal issues. They have been with us every step of the way, taking time to explain everything down to the period. The help of this company has been life changing. My husband and I are so excited to continue working with Jeremy and his team, and to take the steps toward financial freedom. I will continue to recommend FluxCredit for the rest of my life.
