Absolutely pathetic company
Absolutely pathetic company. I would not have given even a single star if there was an option to do so. I booked a flying experience with them and got stuck for months as they didn't have any availability at my preferred airport . They show multiple airports while making a booking and at the time of purchasing you cant book the date and time there and then. It’s only later once you have paid for it and when you try to book a date that you find out that there is no availability near you. I was made to wait for nearly 2 months and still they were not able to book the experience despite me having to chase thrice with customer support. When i asked for a refund i was told that a percentage will be deducted as admin fee as if it is my fault that they have not made arrangements for the experience that they have sold tickets for!! An absolute waste of money.
