They took my MONEY and never returned it!!
I ordered a pair of shoes on there website about a week ago. I check the text message they sent me to see the status of them and it said I canceled!!! I NEVER canceled!! They took the money out of my debit card and have no yet returned my money!!!! This is BS!!!!

VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY!
I had a very bad experience when buying a pair of sneaks through this website. I received a pair of sneaks in the wrong size (after waiting for them in 3 weeks). When I contacted their support I was told, that I couldn't return the shoes - even though I received a wrong-sized pair of shoes by (their) mistake. I experienced that they wouldn't allow me to return the sneaks because I bought them on sale..... well, I had no idea that I would receive shoes that where too small. If so, guess what? Then I just would have bought the shoes elsewhere. Somewhere where they have a good customer service I guess?
I do not recommend this webshop to anyone while their return policy is too damn dysfunctional and the costumerservice very bad!
