Ordered Songs for the NHS on 30th April and still not recd 23rd August. Thought it might take some time - but not this long. EDIT: Knew it was a pre-order must have missed the date. Anyway here it is a day later and it is a great quality vinyl recording.

The vinyl sent through is great and it’s a good way to discover new music. My problem was taking the money on the 4th and not receiving the vinyl till 29th/30th of the month. I’d rather they charge as they dispatch. I’m also disappointed in their customer service. I wanted to cancel my subscription which they did via an email reply to this request. Then still charged me for the following month. Very poor level of service, it’s quite simple if a customer asks to leave then ensure you don’t remove £20 from their account.

I have been a subscriber for over four years and I have never had a problem. It is a great way to discover new bands and new music. I have been to see a number of great bands purely through a Flying Vinyl introduction. Highly recommended. PS I see that the negative reviews relate to customer service and not product. For my part, I have always found their customer service to be top notch.

Great new music every month, some amazing bands and love the colourful records too!! Only bad thing I would say is that they say you get extras and exclusive stuff but only once (July) in the 18/19 months I've been a member have we received anything extra. Would be 5 star if they just added a few more things now

Excellent product and packaging with interesting bands. She's really enjoyed the experience. Only stopped due to her now leaving home. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent way to discover new music and build up a vinyl collection

Really happy about this idea and the service. I was really happy with the packaging, super handy and none of my records were crumbled or anything. Each package comes with a little booklet to describe the artists, which i really appreciate, and so far I have been a fan of all the artists. The genre mix is nice and the quality on point. Would definitely recommend!

Great selection of music from new Artists and bands really well packaged and presented. The coloured vinyls look fab along with signed promo pics and a handy booklet full of info. It’s a great way to find new music

In times, where algorithms often dictate what you are listening to, it's more necessary than ever, to have sources with a good choice to point your nose to new music. Flying Vinyl are exactly those people. During the past years, since 2016, I perceived so many great bands through FV, which is great, as radio station in Germany suck in general. Signed up September 2017 and never looked back. The record itself matches or exceeds the quality if most store bought vinyl singles. The packaging completes a properly bespoke product down to updates and changes of design to keep every edition as interesting as the next. Customer service is always helpful and reliable. Anyone I have dealt with via email or social media has been a pleasure. Highly recommended this service to hear great new music and I have bought a bunch of albums and been to gigs as a result of the overall experience.

Amazing company to deal with. Amazing product and very very accommodating. I had an issue with payment and bank and they were super understanding and genuinely lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend, and the music selection is second to none also. Very very happy with my sub.

Ok so I buy a lot of records anyway. Saw the Flying Vinyl & thought “I’ll give it a go for a bit”. 2 years later & then boxes keep coming. I’ll be honest & say there’s probably 1 track per box that I’m not into. I pass these onto my daughters.
Artists like Pip Blom, Boy Azooga, Marika Hackman have featured (amongst others) that have gone into bigger things. These records are now worth a tidy sum on their own (not that I’d ever sell them).
I’ll tell you the main reason for my continued support, the fact I feel like I’m giving all these young bands a bit of a hand in their careers. It gives me a warm feeling inside.

Absolutely fantastic. Extremely well priced vinyls that come on time every month, gives me nothing but pleasure seeing the box has come in the post. Have been subscribed a couple of months and can not wait for more! Cracking and friendly customer service and will always try and help. I wanted a previous month and it was sorted almost instantly. Cannot not recommend enough.

I've been a subscriber for over 3 years now and highly recommend Flying Vinyl. You get five 7" vinyl singles every month featuring up and coming bands/artists with an accompanying detailed booklet. Thanks to FV I've discovered new music I wouldn't have been aware of otherwise.
