We are very dissatisfied. We left a one-star rating because what you promised was not what we received.

In your email, you clearly guaranteed two open seats, a 30-minute flight, and the “Show Selfie Guarantee.” However, one of the seats was blocked. One passenger’s view was about 90% obstructed, so it was not an open seat as promised. In addition, there was no “Show Selfie Guarantee” at all.

This is misleading. You promised one thing in your email, but delivered something completely different. That is unacceptable. It is very disappointing and unprofessional. We expected much better. This is simply not the kind of service we expected from an American company.

I found the helicopter experience alone to be good but the process took a long time, had to come an hour and a half early even though they weren't open yet, and the attendant took my ID / DL and forgot to give it back to me after weigh ins and was already 2 hours away when I realized.

Everything went perfect. I recommend them.

I felt well informed and prepared regarding my safety. The receptionist gave us a huge discount. I was strapped into the helicopter super tight that I couldn't really turn at a 90 degree angle in my seat but that's okay. I felt safe and it wasn't uncomfortable. With the open door ride, it would have been nice to have a door handle installed so I can hold onto but other than that, 10/10 experience. Facility was very clean. Helicopter ride was amazing and the views of New York was fantasic.

Fly was good but for 20 min late they charge us 75$ each

I really loved everything except one thing and that was the lady at the counter when we asked her what were our chances of getting a seat where we could put our feet outside, she didn’t say anything she just said that if you wanna confirm those seats for sure you should pay 95 dollars each. Guess what 3 out of the 4 people who sit in the helicopter get seats where they can put their feet outside, also the 4th one who doesn’t get that seat, can still put their feet outside they just have to try a little harder. So this after the ride really made me sad as we gave 198 dollars for no particular reason, so I hope the passengers are told this before they choose to pay extra for that seat.

Overall, the experience was good. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, and everything else went smoothly. However, the girl sitting at the left counter was not very welcoming. When we called earlier, she seemed impatient and eager to end the call. Later on-site, when we couldn’t find our phone, she showed little concern and didn’t offer any help. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was positive.

Easy booking process - some additional details about the shuttle back to the city and full duration details would’ve been better but overall great trip, great pilot, and great experience. (4.5/5)

Fantastic trip and a must do! The team from reception through to our Pilot and transit team were all friendly, professional and made our experience very enjoyable.

Evan was the pilot and he was absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend this helicopter adventure. My 12 year old daughter and I were the only passengers therefore my daughter was given the option to ride in the front, next to Evan. She learned how to land the helicopter and helped him stop the propeller. She was stoked about that experience. Additionally, Evan was attentive throughout the flight in making sure we were both safe and enjoined the views. I selected this agency because I wanted the 30- min “door off” experience. I am glad I did it. Although I was scared to let my legs out, it’s an experience that you’ll never forget. The adrenaline takes over and the time goes by very fast. Don’t leave NY without experiencing this.

Amazing experience! The helicopter ride offered stunning views of Manhattan and New York's iconic landmarks. Professional staff, smooth operation, and memories that will last a lifetime. Easily one of the highlights of our NYC trip.

I saw mixed reviews so I was somewhat worried and my circumstance was kinda unique as I had only a 10 hour layover in NYC and I wanted to squeeze this experience in! Everyone was so nice, professional and a dream. The pilot, Ralph was absolutely hilarious and Jorge was incredible. I’d highly recommend going for it, unforgettable.
