Nope, not for me.

So with some time having passed I think it's safe to leave the review now without repercussions.

I moved from Sweden abroad last summer and the booking process went easy. I was promised a large truck, paid for insurance and everything. The moving company requested a week to complete the move. On moving day movers show up with two light trucks, much earlier than agreed - luckily we were ready. Having been a truck driver myself I know from experience that there's no way they would be able to accommodate the weight of our stuff. Looking up the trucks in the national database confirmed this. But it's not my license on the line. The move was also subcontracted to a moving company called Eriks flytt (not sure if it's the same company that took over management of this company now).

The movers were fairly quick though, no protective clothing of any kind and I'm happy they didn't drop anything on their toes.

Airtags followed the load and confirmed it arriving to their warehouse where it was until late in the evening before arriving to Switzerland at which point our things left and traveled south. Figured with lawfully required resting time etc that there would be no way they would show up on time but they did. Stressed out of their mind because they had further deliveres on opposite sides of the country the same day. No way the complied with driving times.

They unloaded in "foppatofflor" and tons of things were scratched or otherwise damaged, and some stuff just plain broken. No customs paperwork either which means they drove over the border without declaring anything.

The lads were friendly enough though and almost everything was accounted for. Still missing a ceiling lamp - no idea where that went.

Sent them on their way after they unloaded everything, so they could complete the two additional stops they had. The pleasantness of the guys and the fact my stuff arrived on time is the reason this review gets two stars and not only one.

A couple of weeks later I receive a letter from Skatteverket stating that the company was under investigation for trying to apply RUT several times. So there's that.

I see now that the company is under new management and I don't know how these companies are intertwined since they're still not transparent with who's behind the company on their website. Based on my experience I still wouldn't be a return customer.

No Subcontracting: The transparency you are looking for is vital to us. In the past, the company frequently used subcontractors (such as Eriks Flytt), which created an unreliable and opaque chain of command. Today, we operate entirely in-house with our own staff and vehicles to ensure full control over safety, legal weight limits, and strict adherence to driving and rest times.

Compliance & Customs: For all international moves, we now have rigorous protocols in place, including proper customs handling and legal declarations. This is a non-negotiable requirement for our new organization.

Staff Safety & Professionalism: The lack of protective clothing and professional gear is a thing of the past. Our team is now required to wear proper safety equipment and has undergone training in secure cargo handling.

A New Foundation: We take your comments regarding our website transparency to heart. We are working hard to be clear about who we are—a new team with a completely different professional and ethical standard than the previous management.

We fully understand why you wouldn't be a return customer today based on your historical experience. However, we are using your review as a vital tool in our ongoing mission to clean up the legacy left behind. We wish you all the best in Switzerland.

Moving to Denmark

We moved from Malmö to Copenhagen in January and during the moving they made some damages and scratches on our walls and doors in the new apartment, where we are the first tenants. It should be covered by their insurance so I contacted them right away and sent them photos, then sent them several reminders and called them as well but they never replied. Extremely disappointing and undprofessional, would not recomnend them to anyone!
