BAD SVC FROM ST DOMINIC JACKSON, MS

Hospital is listed locally as St. Domic Hospital - Jackson, MS 969 Lakeland, Dr 39216. Poor experience with this hospital and in how they have tried to force feed their network of NP/N into my medical treatment after being advised that they MUST adhere to the legally binding referral consultation sent by the US Dept of Veteran's Administration provider:
1. They tried a bait in switch of my providers - both GI and Neurosurgery.
2. They illegally called my none provider business number in an effort to gain my voice mail information trying to use it as a means for making false calls at their fake or otherwise home businesses after hours - I never gave it to them (they got it through fake volunteering).
3. They purposefully setup then cancelled appointments at the last minute and only made notice within the drive time it took for me to make it to an appointment after I had already departed.
4. They have unnecessary layering involved with attending simple procedures like an X-ray / MRI that should have been done at the requesting VAMC location - all in an attempt to get paid - that is government waste.
5. The employees get mad at you and display unnecessary disdainful behavior by becoming abrupt and rude in their so called intake process if you ask to read a document on the screen because they are trying to speed through it. The NP jumps up after cutting you off or not wanting to listen to your question or point and angrily walks out slamming the door unprofessionally. The nurse mouths off at you when you catch them purposefully screwing up and modifying your documentation by switching records out so they can fake access something I wasn't there for treatments for all because some fool got hit and they are trying to claim a disability using my information - that is medicare / medicaid and other government fraud.
6. One employee knowing that COVID and other infectious viruses are out this time of year - purposefully while confined in the elevator with me on 120424 took a deep breath and blue his funky breath directly on me - he better pray I don't get sick. I had a mask on but felt his hot funky breath on my forehead and cheek. That is assault and an attempt to spread his germs.
7. They cancelled my appointment and then had me sitting there as one person held up the line filing claims or documents as a delay tactic. They apparently thought I would leave quietly and wouldn't say anything. I asked twice what was her purpose for coming into the lobby to take to me. I could clearly see two recognizable people staring and whispering as she kept with the false apologies and no solutions until I said the fourth time that "doing their best was not good enough and that they need to do better". When I asked to speak to an administrator again I was met with yet another deflection delay. Her voice waivered as she cleared it when I again explained that they wasted my time and gas. She kept claiming the issue was an emergency - I looked up the seven possible neurological emergencies - all of which have to have pre-work and prior notifications unless it was a horrific traffic or work accident - there were none - I checked that too. I asked her for their time of notification and she said he left at 12:00 and that they called me. Well I was already enroute and as I said and they all heard via camera and gossip from that VAMC - I do not answer my phone one the road due to enforced distracted driving for quotas and my own safety. I even told her that with the holidays I knew the doctor wouldn't be available after the 3rd week.
8. I was denied the opportunity to speak with the admin. The 2nd person talking to me referred said her "boss" a male was available but a female came out claiming to be the manager. This 3rd person, then commenced to go through that same iteration of delays there was no patient representation and after all that I got no satisfactory solution - I was not sticking around late and he not show. They rescheduled after trying to get rid of me and doing "their best" attempt at placating me - a. you can see another provider if you don't want us - as I stated always their go to remark, b. we tried our best - no they didn't as I stated, c. they allowed some woman to hold up the line and the other person next her window set unused which they could have allowed me to check in with but purposefully delayed me because they had already cancelled the appointment, c. they evaded addressing my issue of loss time and gas cost and my point about their rising cost for treatments even if it is in my approved earned benefits - it is government waste causing issues for all patients, d. I was shuffled to the back and they attempted to hustle me out past an area where their security detail "tags" you what they refer to as a 'problem patient' - I saw the police cruiser.
9. They signed me up illegally for MyChart.
They were made to do a new apt.
