I am a customer at this bank. I have a call account and I had a fixed deposit account. At the end of my fixed deposit term they just paid back the money into my call account without contacting me and giving me the option to reinvest. I try to reinvest on the web site where they promise that they will call me back, but after multiple attempts they still haven't called me back. I then called the bank but they said I must fill in a multipage form to apply. After a long argument the person at last offered to help me, but that would amount to taking me through a security process after which he would send my information to the backoffice, that obviously never respond. What a pathetic outfit!
