I received my camera bundle within days, free shipping. I didn't like the camera because it didn't have a view finder and returned it for a full refund. All they asked, as a smaller shop, was to return it within 5 days of my requesting a refund and in re-sellable condition, which I did. LA from Chicago area

I had a problem with a Groupon order and Focus Camera helped me rectify this problem with excellent customer service by Kaya.

Shipping was quick and price was great for the optic.

First time ordering and my order arrived on time.

Placed my order and asked to make a change and they just canceled the order without consulting me about the change not being possible. They also canceled both my following orders for reason of “payment didn’t pass verification and payment didn’t reach out system” so which was it? Did it not get there or did it not pass? It would have to get there first for it not to pass. The last order I had to use to different email and all was fine except my coupon code for the sale I wanted was no longer available and I was promised the price match from the first order which I never got. Terrible customer service dealing with Kayla and her awful attitude and unwillingness to help. stay away.

Edit: I responded to Joyce below and received no response. Of course they conveniently can’t see any canceled orders. They also oversell their products when they don’t have enough in stock. Buddy who made the same purchase as me got his order canceled and refunded because they are out of stock. They also promised him a price match when they restock but I doubt it.

Finally pulled the trigger on a new Miele C3 and wowowow it’s amazing. The product was just as described on the website, and shipping was QUICK. Even on Black Friday- I had the order delivered within a few days. Awesome service thanks!

Product arrived as expected and on-time (quick).

Their Prices as well as item descriptions are not accurate. You paid for the item. They will ship it to you and they may cancel the delivery due to their own mistakes not caring of the customer overall satisfaction. They do not instruct the shipping carrier to ask for a signature when items are delivered. Focus camera is a company using fake advertising methods, misleading products prices or descriptions, be aware!

I contacted Focuscamera thru Ebay to confirm the item described was indeed the one I am ready to purchase from them and Raul in TWO times approved the item description and price. I paid for the Fiio M17 and I was charged immediately to my credit card. The product was shipped within three days and after waiting about a week, just one day prior for FedEx to delivery it THEY canceled the delivery. I contacted them again to figure out the reason and Raul started blaming me saying I CANCELED IT. FedEx said the SELLER requested the product back NOT ME . the next day they were saying there was a mistake on the product sent out to me and they will refund the money back paid by me. beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product nor descriptions errors on their end. Customer service has been generally useless to deal with. Customers considering products from Focus Camera can easily find a better customer experience from another seller/vendor. Buyers beware. Do NOT believe these reps Joyce P, Raul, Saiyad, Joe they are misleading customer service representative people. Horrific experience. Not saying I missed the Friday Thanksgiving specials waiting this company to stand behind their mistakes. A customer satisfaction must be first. Also Focuscamera claim to be FIIO USA retailer and is NOT TRUE check Fiio official website. Scams. They hire FedEx with a low shipping rates that they will not ask for signature when a cost of thousand or more dollars items are delivered left at your door.
