Foka 

I used Foka because of same day delivery, I paid for same day delivery - I live an hour away from the shop.

I phoned and was told my delivery was picked up (but no tracking because same day delivery didn't use POSTNL) and out for delivery so I wasted my Friday evening waiting, not delivered. Phoned for an hour with no answer on Saturday, had to use customer chat on the website. Felt lied too, First of all they told me my track and trace was on the way, until I told them i paid for same day delivery and not POSTNL then they suddenly decided they can see that it will be sent and delivered today even though it had supposedly already been picked up the day before.

So i get to waste my weekend waiting for a package that may or may not show up. They also can not give a time for the delivery, just whenever.

There are a number of great same day delivery electronics shops, they all give excellent tracking and service, Foka is not one of them.

Update:

Was eventually delivered to the wrong address, same door number but a random nearby street.

Only half the order was delivered, I complained that I was missing the other half of my delivery and was told "As far as I see, everything has been delivered to you. on the adress", it wasn't even delivered to the right address and now I am missing half my order, how much can go wrong with one simple order.

Ordered a soundbar on thursday , the site said order before 23.59 delivered to you next day. Well appreciate its Black Friday now, but had no communication off the delay, had to send loads of emails to find its delayed due to black friday, however tracking shows its still not posted when id paid extra for express delivery, dissapointing and still dont know when item will arrive now, no updates. Not really good. They sold me a lens with cash back , but I can not get the money, because the action was expired. They did not explain very well

Great customer service, they help you out to choose the right product depending on your needs, without any third interest on selling the most expensive one. I would advise going at Foka to buy any camera and related items. Keep it up!
