Miserabler Service

Wir bestellten für einen Kunden Autolikes für einen Monat. 80 automatische Likes, nachdem man einen neuen Post online gestellt hat. Es hiess, dass es qualitativ hochwertige Likes von ausgewählten Konten seien. Das Ergebnis der Lieferung sind jeweils 40% offensichtliche Fakeprofile, ohne Profilfotos. Und die restlichen 60% sind gleichermassen Bots. DER KUNDENDIENST ist nicht erreichbar und antwortet auf keine Mails. In der Webseite wird gross verkündet, dass ein 24/7 Service-Chat angeboten wird. Stimmt leider nicht. Man hat zudem keine Ahnung, wann der Service startet und ab welchem Posts die Lieferung beginnt.

Wir bezahlten per Coin-Wallet und verlangen eine sofortige Stoppung der Lieferung und die Rückerstattung des Betrages. Wir bekommen keine Antwort, kein Feedback, keine Reaktion. Wir können nicht weiter posten, denn wir wollen diese minderwertigen Likes nicht. Uns sind also die Hände gebunden. Nachdem wir nun 6 Emails an diese Firma sandten und auf Granit stossen, entschieden wir uns, diese Bewertung abzugeben.
