I was directed to FoneFunShop by Techalogic in order to have my camera fixed. Have to say it was a pleasure. Easy to arrange and super quick turnout so I now have a fixed camera. Would recommend this company

Used them twice now, fixed my drone far cheaper than anywhere else using a new part, not second hand like the others wanted to fit and put my a new battery in a Samsung within a couple of hours, top guys. In fact ill be there soon to have a new battery in my s24. Well done lads, no1

bought my sons phone in for a new screen cost £100 for a Honor screen phones not even worth that, got told he would master reset the phone, which wasnt done. his reply they work closey with the Police even after offering to scan my driving licence and bring more proof in, i wouldn't of fixed the phone knowing i couldnt get into it, was rude smerk now my son will not have a phone!! will never use this placer again. any other phone shop in sheffield is better he was fine to take my money knowing i couldnt then get into. wouldn't of mind but i asked if he could reset it 5 times before leaving the phone with him!!!! disgusting service even eating a sandwhich not washing his hands and touching the devices. why would i walk in and pay £100 for a screen knowing the phone cost £160 not to be able to get into it ??? doesnt make sense if you've got cameras watch and listen to them back disgusting service

Recently had my daughters iPhone battery replaced, the repair was fast and reasonably priced,

i ordered off Ebay and delivery took absolute p*ss, it still hasn't come, don't order from these guys

Customer service is just terrible. It’s been almost two weeks and they took £49out of my bank account and they still have released the hold on it, so almost £50 is held random by this horrible nasty company who are ignoring support emails, I’ve even asked for a close out / deadlock letter and they ignore this, but either way I’m filing a complaint with Ofcom. They refused to honour the contract they entered in when taking my money. I’ve had to borrow money to go elsewhere to get a phone, I got a brand new iPhone from sky because they don’t treat customers like garbage so I would look elsewhere, Giffgaff now do contract phones, they don’t treat costumers this badly. They only put a hold on your card when the order gets shipped.

Great business, had a couple of problems with some golf head covers, couldn’t have had better service, this sort of customer service deserves as much praise as possible

I ordered a Faraday bag from them. Got a little concerned with the delayed delivery as the status on the their own website showed as delivered. That was bearing in mind some other customers' feedback that they never got their order whilst the shop claimed that the order had been delivered. I rung Fonefuneshop wanting to cancel my order. Someone called Mark reassured me that although the status shows as delivered, this isn't entirely accurate. The moment the item is passed on to the royal mail. The status gets changed automatically to delivered. There was an issue with my order due to incomplete address, FoneFunShop received it and Mark called me to correct the address. I received my faraday bag within a couple of days. Avery happy customer.

This person is running a mobile phone shop and not a car spares parts the genuine store is in united states do not buy from them you won't get anything fake store and fake post tracking.

I bought a vintage Nokia 1208 from ebay. It was made in 2009, and was new old stock, locked to Tesco Mobile. The network lock is probably why it had sat in its box, unloved, and how I was able to buy it at a good price. The fleas come with the dog, I guess.
Getting it unlocked proved to be more difficult than I had anticipated. Three companies I tried told me it could not be done! After much searching, I finally found FoneFunShop, who listed my phone as one they could unlock. I'm not local to Sheffield (although I'd be up for the adventure, if I wasn't so busy :)) so I used their mail in service. I posted my phone to them, they unlocked it the day they received it, and posted it back. They even emailed me a photo of my phone working on a different network, to show it unlocked. How cool is that?! They also sent me a tracking number for the phone's return journey. My previously "forever locked to Tesco Mobile" paperweight is now purring like a kitten on ASDA Mobile instead. Every little helps :D

Every time I’ve used them I’m amazed at how knowledgeable, friendly and fair. The number of times I’ve had their advice without charge. Today he spent 20 minutes trying things on my phone to resolve problem abd at the end all working, no charge. Brilliant. I’d give them 6 stars if possible.
