I’ve been running through all sorts of issues regarding the delivery of my sauna, very long delay in the actual delivery and once it arrived I found that some major parts were missing, back and forth with company to no avail, finally I got a hold of Rowan’s email, wrote to her, prompt response and a promise to sort things out, she did, and brilliantly, missing part arrived soon after while she continued her support and follow-up, examplary service company attitude, Fonteyn should be proud of her and her work.

Very good value and customer service. We ordered a summer house and installation. Everything was 100%. It is so lovely in our garden. I used a non traditional base... Not tiles but gravel and gravel trays as the foundation. They worked with me and it is a super result. After a few months, they realized that I had overpaid ... it was my misunderstanding and I sent the final payment which was too much. They are refunding the money. Both Alexander and Annemarie were great with this refund surprise. I am sure that we will enjoy the summer house for years to come.

Fonteyn Outdoor Living Mall suddenly receive in batches 5 star reviews after receiving negative reviews. As clients We approached them multiple times and found there staff inept and extremely disorganised instore and returning calls or to make appointments, they lost out to a another company our order worth almost 18,000 euros- we suggest you read past the sudden group postings of 5 stars made by new accounts and review people’s reviews that are from more seasoned members of trustpilot if you check the majority of 5 stars are invited to place reviews. And some of them are made from the UK! We visited 5 times in a space of one month in the early last year.

I had tried to contact Fonteyn for a while, but no reply. So I decided to use the chat feature. Don was there to help and he/she (sorry Don) was SUPER HELPFUL. He/she (sorry Don) had no problem speaking English.

I had some questions which he/she (sorry Don) answered and he/She checked if some stuff was in stock for me. It was all a bit confusing. But he/she (sorry Don) made it very easy!
