Great experience and coaching guidance from Jorge Silva, who is very knowledgeable auditor. It was very beneficial to watch the whole process and learn new things around the standards and policies.

I would not recommend signing up if you are a small business. We joined during our first year of trading but quickly realised that the system was not well suited to the needs of our restaurant.
As a small business, situations and finances can change, especially in the early stages of trading. When we contacted them, we asked if it would be possible to split the remaining balance of £545.31 into smaller payments or find an alternative solution. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to help. It felt like the only priority was collecting the money, regardless of the quality of the service or whether it was actually working for our business.
I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. This lack of communication and support was extremely frustrating.
We also did not use the service for the full duration of the contract, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, the experience felt very one-sided, with little consideration for the realities that small businesses face.
