I have ordered the flan cases on numerous occasions and unfortunately, I have received on occasions broken cases.
My last order contained 6 broken cases.
I appreciate the courriers have a responsibility for careful handling, but I’m at a loss to why Food Angles do NOT respond to my emails. All of them included photographic evidence!
Atrocious customer relations…
Doesn't deserve any stars. Items missing from my order, they don't respond to emails. I've been totally ripped off and can't get my money back because they are unresponsive! A company to avoid for sure.
Updated 5th July - still no response from this company about my missing products that I paid for. Absolute thieving bar stewards.
Would give zero if possible, spent money on pastry cases which they were happy to take the money for, but I received nothing in return.
I paid for 12 bottles wine and received 6
Never use that again
