Foodpanda’s Thailand didn’t help me.

My company has cooperated with Foodpanda to provide cooperative accounts to our Employees in Thailand. Which each account can order food in daily budget. However, there is 1 month pending that not all of employees has received the cooperate account. Basically, foodpanda will send QR code for registration to employees via company’s email. But for some reason, Foodpanda cannot provide it to all employees. Our company has tried to contact Foodpanda team but it seems no any Foodpanda’s staffs are ready to assist, every response from them is too slow and not effective, and this issue has not been solved for 1 months. I’m the one who’s was abandoned by Foodpanda which they didn’t help to solve anything and I’m feeling bad to buy food while others employees don’t need to pay any 1THB for food.
And today, we’ve got the shocked news that Foodpanda in Thailand will be closed in next month. Even though I haven’t received my cooperate account and any compensation. Moreover, the staff of Foodpanda is hardly to contact, this is too bad services.

Terrible experience with Big C via Foodpanda – missing items, no refund!

We ordered groceries from Big C in Ko Samui through Foodpanda and paid for everything in full. However, we only received part of our order because several items were "unavailable" at the store. Despite this, Foodpanda refuses to refund us for the missing items.

This is completely unacceptable. We paid for products we never received, and customer service has been useless – no help, no solution, just generic responses. It feels like a scam.

Avoid using Foodpanda for grocery delivery if you expect transparency, reliability, or even basic customer service. Very disappointed.

Honestly

Never again food panda

Never again food panda. The driver let my order and don’t want delivery because it was "too far" and food panda accept. Last time on food panda i go only on GRAB now, better drivers !!!

Outright fraud. Ordered was cancelled by Foodpanda shortly before it was supposed to be delivered. I was charged for it.

Terrible service company

Terrible service company! Food arrives always late. Company allows riders to pick up many orders and order arrive late and cold. I followed a rider on the map and picked up 2 more orders after mine, and further, much further than the restaurant from home and then came and brought the food, of course...cold.

Is a total shame! Is not the first time, time to seriously unistall food panda for other options or services that at least do something to improve the service and not to get it worst. Seems the improvements are for the riders and not for the clients who pay!

I ordered food but did not get…

I ordered food but did not get delivery. There is no way to contact you. The website help center shows a picture of a delivery left at some building. I called the restaurant they said they also could not contact Food Panda. I spent over 4000 Thai Baht on this food order. DO NOT USE FOODPANDA. How could you run a business with no phone contact number and no live support? Order #v4ah2505u701

Food Panda is really bad

Food Panda is really bad, no way to contact them when your food is an hour late and they blame traffic everytime. Tell you the order is being prepared and driver is on the way to pick it up but you can see him on the map provided just sitting 10 min away from restraunt waiting. Absolute garbage app

Food Panda lies on their app all the time. They will give all kind of excuses why they cannot deliver at this time. But the real reason is they don't have enough drivers. But that's not what they say. When it's busy you can't even get food when you want. It's not the restaurant that won't deliver because they will do pick up orders. Many many lies they have said over and over again and again. It's just built into their AI. They also give false lies about their 20% off or they're 30% off when it's never that at best it's like 2% to 5%off also down below it says date of experience but only gives you option for one day I have used foodpanda many many days and always have problems but I don't have any other options for my favorite restaurants

They charge but do not deliver

They charge for shopping delivery, then cut items in the basket in silence, so
You don’t get the item but money is already gone. and they only return you money in a month, and customer service is not helping at all, just wasting your time and repeating he is just an operator and cannot help.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, this is a monopoly company. They made me wait for two hours. I had a sick child at home. They did not inform me. The app said 40 minutes and I was waiting at home for over two hours. Very unreliable ridiculous company.

I lost 1600 baht this way.

They should be shut down.
