Great service, good stuff, will definitely order from them again! Bad reviews were made during Covid and should not count.

Obvious scam. They don't even have the products they show on their webpage in stock. When inquiring about this, they will tell you they have already contacted their supplier for restocking and will ship the goods within x amount of days. After those days have elapsed, the goods are still not shipped. Never again. Order from Amazon instead.

Not a scam but terrible service. If you order something you will not know when your order will arrive. They automatically send track n trace codes that are not valid and it could be that your order arrives in 1 week or that it will arrive in 1 month. Had to cancel my order because after 2 weeks of waiting and 1 week of no information I was told that they MIGHT have my order.

I actually looked up reviews before ordering from these people and was a little hesitant, but since I used paypal, I was pretty confident, I could get my money back if I'd end up getting scammed.

So I placed an order, picked a delivery service and paid. After a few days I got an email, giving me a tracking number and saying my order is now finished. Great. I waited 1-2 days, then checked the tracking and it said the number couldn't be found. Waited another few days, as sometimes it takes a while for the tracking to work. But still nothing, so I contacted customer service and I received a quick reply. They admitted that the items I ordered were out of stock and nothing has been shipped yet...

Why would they send me an email with a FAKE tracking number and claim to have fulfilled my order?? That is... wow. So I asked exactly that and they apologized and said they'll get new stock in a few days and will send out my stuff immediately. I said, if that doesn't happen, I'll open a claim on paypal - at least they immediately offered a refund and said there's no need to open a claim and if I want a refund, they'd send it to me.

I waited until they said they'd actually ship it and I did receive an email on that day with a working tracking number.

So in the end I received my order after almost 3 weeks (19 days since I placed the order, to be exact) and the items are genuine and the best before date is January next year, so about 4 months, which is good.

All in all - yes, I did receive my order in a timely manner and the products were good and had enough date on them, but I find it very disturbing that this company lies to customers and deliberately sends emails with fake tracking numbers, claiming to have fulfilled the order when in reality they're out of stock and nothing has been send out yet. I wonder if they would've fulfilled my order afterall if I had not contacted customer service?

I don't think I'll use them again in the future. That way of making business is not something I want to support...

I ordered something I could only get in Europe. I was nervous…The item was back ordered which made me even more nervous but the customer service got back to me right away and I received my item in a very timely manner considering.

Bad customer service. Nobody answers to anything and the shipping is expensive. Money lost.

DO NOT USE. I placed an order of about £70 and less than 24 hours later I had an email to see my order status had changed to complete. This panicked me due to reading reviews. I emailed, and never heard back. Then the company blocked my email address so I couldn’t email them. I also tried calling them. I have luckily paid on credit card and via PayPal and have opened a dispute.
Do not use. You won’t get your products.

Order placed on 12/04/21. I contacted them on 23/04 as still no delivery. They said that they were having supply issues and asked if I still want the order. I replied telling them to cancel and refund. They had no idea when it would be shipped and I had to source elsewhere for a gift to arrive in time. This was completely ignored and I got a reply saying the order had now mysteriously been shipped and couldn't be refunded. 3 days later I got a message to say my order had just been shipped that day!!! Order finally arrived 06/05 almost a month after ordering and after requesting it to be cancelled. Also told I couldn't now return goods as they are perishable. The items arrived way too late for the gift they were supposed to be for Disgusted by the lies and levels of incompetence from this company. I should have read other reviews of this company and avoided at all costs. Lesson learned!

I made an order on 22.03 and they haven't even shipped it out yet, even though the order has been listed as "complete". I have emailed them twice but haven't gotten a response.

Ordered a package 4 weeks ago, still did not receive my order, they lie about what is going on, keep telling me it is on its way while it is not. They refuse to give me my refunds as I am no longer interested after waiting 4 weeks. Estimated arrival was the 10th of February. Stay as far away as you can from this company.

It took a while for my order to be shipped but I think that that is quite understandable right now (COVID + holiday season). What really impressed me, though, was that, since they did not have the 250gm boxes of lebkuchen in stock, they sent me three 500gm boxes - at no extra charge (and not by mistake; there was a handwritten note on the packing slip). Now that's what I call service! They can expect to see me back there again.
