Excellent service. Great seats!

I needed a refund because the person I was supposed to go with died, there was no help whatsoever and when I did get the help they only offered me half and said it would take anywhere from 3 to 8 months to receive the half.

Had an amazing experience with footballtickethome. My brother and I bought tickets as a present for the family to go watch Arsenal vs Man City and had no trouble getting the tickets or entering the stadium. My brother and I also decided to buy two tickets for Chelsea vs Spurs, again had no problem getting the tickets and very easy getting our tickets. I would also like to thank Alex for all the help and communication throughout our trip and football games. I would 1000% recommend this website !

I was hesitant to use this website as I was scared of being scammed, however from my experience I was pleasantly surprised. Our tickets to the Chelsea vs Brighton game arrived via email two days before the game. The communication in the live chat wasn't great, it came across as quite unprofessional. I think there was maybe a language barrier involved but all questions did get answered eventually. I would recommend and use this website again.

We bough tickets to Chelsea v Liverpool on Sunday 2nd of January 2022 in Stamford Bridge. Although the e-tickets were very late arriving (Friday afternoon) when they did arrive the service therafter was first class. The team were extremely attentive and were in conatct a couple of times to make sure we got into the game without any issues; they also contacted after the match to make sure everything was ok and even contcated us the next day to make sure we caught the flight back to Dublin. All in all excellent service.

Great service! Communication is excellent regardless of time zone. I purchased tickets from Singapore and was able to communicate easily and clearly with the team. Great seats and a great game as well helps! Go the spurs!

Despite a few obstacles I was able to get into the stadium and have a good time despite it being a draw.

Bought expensive tickets lower tier. Two days before the match were we couldn’t cancel neither flight tickets or hotel we were moved to the upper tier - or last row in upper tier - without any compensation what so ever. Really bad service and handling of customers. Don’t buy for them!

Very efficient and organised. I was impressed with my seats - lucky to have 3 rows from front. I was a little stressed as tickets arrived the evening before and all electronic. But worked well at turnstile. Would recommend.

Everything was spot on and the seats where great. Received personal assistant from Andrew all the way so all was smooth.
