Used for first time for a trip to Dortmund. Communication said that tickets would arrive just before event. Tickets arrived the day before, printed them out at hotel. Received another email advising on entry process and an emergency contact number for any in the day issues. No issues getting into ground and got to the Yellow Wall! Will be using again 5star

I had a very disappointing experience with footballticketnet. A few years ago, I received a voucher and even obtained written confirmation that it would not expire. Based on that assurance, I trusted that I could use it at any time.

Now, out of nowhere, I’ve been told that the voucher has expired—and despite providing their own written confirmation, they refuse to honor it or offer any compensation. This is especially frustrating given that the amount involved was significant.

In my view, this is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of reliability and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting similar promises from this company.
