Total rip off. Bunch of pot heads that don’t know how to do business. Ordered on a Thursday with $53 overnight shipping. Arrived 2 weeks later at a location I’m not even at anymore. Be wear! Already refunded by my credit card. Not to mention the fiddle head furns I ordered have still not been shipped, and yes another $57 in overnight shipping. Also refunded. Do not order from these guys, they do not combine shipping and they do not ship overnight. They have no refund policy and don’t care about you as a customer. 24 hours in response time and said your fked. No shipping updates no nothing. Once they have your money your screwed.

Huge scam this company is a third party drop shipper or at the very most just a website like Craigaliat that takes zero responsibility and all of your money! I ordered ground sumac which was shown in a cute tiny bottle but instead I got it in a plastic bag the product was not fully dry so I had to dry it… this was a very expensive product that I purchased two of as VERY expensive gifts and had to run out at the last minute and find small herb botttles and without a label I had to create my own! THEN I purchased three bottles of ground porchini mushrooms and herbs which did in fact come in bottles but the flavor was off it was oddly sweet and stale at the same time nothing in the ingredients indicated that this product would be sweet and I was assured that it would be fresh I have ordered many porchini and herb seasonings from other brands and nothing could have prepared me for the garbage I received and then finally it arrived late I live 2 hours away mailing should have been easy and quick. Apparently the company that runs this website is not responsible for any of the sales I made thru them so it’s a huge scam beware. If you can’t see it, taste it read the reviews!

Foraged Marketplace rips off sellers and does not pay them promptly! Still waiting to be paid from items delivered to buyer 3 months ago. Support just says it is a software problem and they are “working on a fix.” Now they have sent out a email that they are now charging sellers up to $173 per month to use their platform and that is in addition to the 14% fees they already charge per sale(including on the shipping cost). Do not sell on Foraged unless you are ok with making $2 per hour or less!!!!

I know the company had some tech hiccups in late November 2022 that were out of their control. So those bad reviews below came from a tough time period.

But I've only ever had over-the-top positive customer service from Foraged.

It's a small startup with only a few people, so they give outrageously great and personable customer service. to be honest I'm confused about those two other reviews!!

I've ordered everything from wild mushrooms to truffle to specialty meats to caviar to wellness products from Foraged. I can assure you, it is not a scam.

When you purchase from Foraged you order directly from mom and pop businesses.. and what's better than helping out the little guy?

I couldn't recommend Foraged enough. Go support independent food businesses.

Avoid purchasing anything from Foraged. They are a scam! Ordered my purchase October 30th and they charged my credit card . Its November 29th and I have not received it. Customer service, leaves much to be desired. The only way to contact them is via messaging.

After 3 days of wait, I was told they are looking into the order , to hold on . Today they cancelled it without an explanation or message. The original charge was $132.57 and they only reimbursed me $96.

Incredibly unprofessional, no communication and they rip you off, after they fail to deliver what was purchased!

A one star is too generous.

Took 10 to even get a shipping notification. Had contacted Andy at Foraged and all they want you to do is call the vendor.
Horrible customer service with a complete cop out on service.
I made my purchase on Foraged. If there is a problem it's YOUR PROBLEM not mine.
It finally arrived after I had ordered from a different place and I didn't even know it was coming.
Why does anyone ship USPS anymore?

I recently discovered Foraged and I had the best experience with their site and services.

I ordered fresh wild morel mushrooms which I have never been able to find in a grocery store. So that was really a remarkable experience.

Plus, their co-founders were extremely kind and attentive, and I was blown away by their customer service. Something that you just don't get these days.

If you're looking for rare foods, shop on Foraged.

It was just really a wonderful experience and I will be ordering from Foraged again.
