I have been using this website for…

I have been using this website for almost 10 years now, I would have rated them 5 stars then as I never really had a problem until now. Unfortunately, their communication lacks lately, I have ordered 5 pairs of made to order which takes 21 days , 4 weeks later I contact them for an update just to find out 2 pairs were discontinued. This was very frustrating as they never informed me until I contacted them. Lately it's been really hard to reach out to them and communicate. It is very frustrating and unfortunate.

Disapointed

Sent boots back which forbidden heels received on the 8 4 2026 still wanted the boots in a smaller size have not heard from them since l have tried to get in touch several times and said l would pick another pair of boots if there was a problem or a refund l have not heard from them they have not updated my account my orderwas number #6543 l am 73 and always had a problem getting small shoes l would have a good customer so disappointed

Not received delivery and ignoring all communications

Ordered two pairs of wedding shoes on 1st Jan and have used WhatsApp, text and online form just to get an update on expected delivery date and have received no response. I don’t expect to have received them due to it being New Year but I would expect a response. Before ordering I asked a question on WhatsApp and got a reply straight away but now I’ve ordered and paid its radio silence. I’m concerned now after reading other similar reviews. I would avoid ordering.

ordered 2 pairs o boots last year- one…

ordered 2 pairs of boots last year- one i received. one i am still waiting for- contacted several times for an update on the delivery- i can fully understand a delay with it being xmas and new year, but they refuse to answer any of my emails, texts and Facebook comments. customer service is terrible considering I have spent a lot of money with this company for my daughter. I would like an update on my order- or a refund before i escalate this further with trading standards and the business ombudsman UK

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 5th feb…

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 5th feb 2025 and though i tried cancelling the order with this huddersfield based company they kept making excuses about it being chinese new year and how the holidays have slowed delivery time. My items arrived over 2 months later and worse still the quality was poor. I sent the items back more or less instantly with the returns forms filled in and even got confirmation from royal mail that they had delivered the items. However no refund or acknowledgement from forbidden heels 2 weeks plus later. I sent them a whatsapp message to say whats happening with my refund but no reply but previous to that they sent me updates on my order process. All in all my experience
Poor sales
Poor customer service
Poor products
Poor aftersales
And I'm still owed over £105.00
Avoid at all costs!! And if anyone should experience the same or have a similar experience contact your bank within 120 days of returning your items and they will reverse the charge get your money back

Scam

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered several pairs of shoes and none arrived. Consistently contacted and advised they would send again, never did. No refund either. Oh and they are also trading under Petite Feet Shoes - they have the same contact info

I love all the different petite shoes!

I love all the different petite shoes there are to offer on the website and it's great that Steph is able to reach over WhatsApp to send pictures of the shoes that I want to order.

Great company

Great company. My 18 year old daughter has uk size 1 feet and with her prom looming needed some heels. We left this last minute after being let down elsewhere and they were so accommodating to ensure we got the shoes on time. Shoes are beautiful too and well packaged. Now going to order more shoes for her for her holiday!

Ordered shoes 21st March, tried to contact company over 6 times, gave 1 response advised would get back,another untruth, dont believe theses good reviewes to be genuine. Devasted wont have shoes for daughters wedding, you are a disgusting company

Hi Irene i can see you ordered on the 21st of march and received your shoes on the 24th of march, you then exchanged to a different pair of shoes for free after this on the 1st of may so im guessing there may have been a postal issue but we would never take advantage i promise xx

Made an order for 3 pairs of shoes on 26th December order number 5300, still not received. Emailed and sent messages but no response!

Will be contacting my credit card company shortly if no response!

just to update this review karen ordered during our suppliers new year so her made to order shoes took longer as we always have delays during this period as stated on the website. We did speak with her through emails and she did receive her shoes.
