Shipped 3 individual clips instead of 3 packages

Placed an order through their website (fordpartscatalog.com) for a quantity of 3 for part F1CZ-5802316-A (Cowl Grille Retainer clips). Ford officially sells and packages these specific clips in packs of 3.

Instead of receiving 3 packages for a total of 9 clips, the order fulfillment team completely misread the invoice and sent a single bag containing exactly 3 individual clips. I paid for 9 clips and received 3.

Either the warehouse pickers need to be trained to distinguish between unit counts and factory package counts on Ford OEM hardware OR the website needs to be updated to clearly label qty.

Do not recommend.

Misrepresentation of Item Descriptions

This provider is terrible. I searched and purchased main bearing cap bolts and rod bearing bolts from this company to restore my engine. I figured OEM toque to yield bolts would be cheaper than reusable bolts. I purchased what the site described as a package of 3 main bolts and what appear to be a packages of 4 rod bolts. The shipping price was insane. It was double the price of goods. But I figured if I purchased a full set worth of bearing bolts it wouldn't be terrible. I was quoted with 2 days shipping. It 6 days which apparently is a lot better than most. But the big issue was receiving 1 bolt instead of a package as described and shown. When I reached out to their support, I was then told purchases are sold individually and to purchase more. There were other main bolts (side) described as a package of 10 for triple the price sold similarly. This was a gross misrepresentation of goods sold. Do not trust or purchase from them. Use another vendor or just get the reusable bolts for about the same price.

Avoid this business like the plague

This business is a joke.

I needed to get my wife's vehicle back in running order before a snowstorm hit, so time was critical and they were the only seller offering expedited shipping to get the parts to me in time. Ordered parts on a Monday, and chose expedited shipping so it would arrive Thursday or Friday of the same week. On Wednesday the tracking finally updated to show a label had been created. Not shipped, just a label. It was at this time I also saw the shipping method chosen was Ground Advantage, the slowest way USPS offers, and definitely not "expedited". There was no way it would arrive by the dates stated during checkout, and they had to know it.

I reached out to them about this issue and was given a stock excuse of "we shipped it, but sometimes USPS doesn't update the tracking". They conveniently failed to address the issue of the label not being created for two days and it being shipped the slowest, cheapest way possible when I paid for expedited shipping.

A week and a half after ordering, the tracking updated to say USPS had FINALLY received the package from the seller that day.

What should have taken 3-4 days maximum to arrive to me, is now finally supposed to show up today, 15 days after ordering.

I contacted them a few days ago asking for a refund of at least the shipping fees since they clearly didn't deliver what they charged for, and of course they have failed to respond.

Avoid this business at all costs, especially if you need parts in any reasonable timeframe.

Terrible company

I see that my order is FINALLY on its way. I learned of this from USPS - you don't even reply to my email. I am glad that you actually shipped it now instead of just putting me off with a "label printed" tracking message. I was almost convinced that you mailed the package and the post office must have lost it, but I don't believe that now. I think that you were trying to wait me out and see if maybe I forgot about it so you could just keep that money and send me nothing.

This whole fiasco gives me a new found faith in Google reviews. 2.9 is too high of a rating for you. Your customer service is terrible and I don't expect that you'll be in business for very much longer. Not if you treat all of your customers the way you have treated me. I believe I will copy and paste this message straight into Google reviews and any other place that I can find that may have a rating for your poorly operated company.
