The promise versus the reality. I wanted Forefront.ai to deliver on their promise to provide the services as described on their website. Unfortunately, not only does their platform fail to work as advertised, all attempts to make contact with their technical support department using email, social media, and their own website's 'Help' feature over the past three (3) weeks, have been unsuccessful.
