I would like to thank you very much for your wonderful job on my order of roses to be delivered for Valentines day 02-14-2023. The flowers and arrangement was beautiful which showed great care and expertise. Excellent job highly recommended florist! I've already ordered again and will keep using them in the future.
Unable to deliver to chosen destination on womens day ( Bitexco Tower) and instead delivered after 21:00 to home address ! The package did not have the ribbon I asked for and no personal message. This all cost £50 and they offered £3 refund. Terrible experience caused me much embarrassment. Avoid.
The bouquet I ordered (5 flower types + greenery) is completely differently from the bouquet my mom received, which consists of 3 flower types in completely different colors. I'd understand if they need to replace a couple flowers or colors because of market availability, but in this case, none of the elements in the bouquet advertised remained, it's ridiculous. Custom service was condescending, gaslighting, and dishonest.
Overpriced service, especially for Vietnam.
Ordered Cake/Flowers/Wine (as a package)
They charged in full.
Later informed by an email that they can’t supply wine and cake, still charged 100$ for modest flowers.
Delivery wasn’t done to the door, simply dropped at the reception desk (without even attempt to call).
I order valentine gift for my gf in Vietnam and what she received was not what I order and one of the items was not delivered. Take my advice do not use this company there other companies that i use have Betty service and expectations

Do not rely on this company for your important dates.
