Horrible quality, horrible customer service! The jumpsuit I received was nothing like the outfit pictured online. It is completely see through, paper thin and terrible.
When customer service was contacted, they said I'd be responsible for return shipping to China and they'd offer me a 20% refund? This is a horrible, B-rate company. Beware of what you're buying. The quality and clothing are ridiculous. People who have reviewed these clothes highly either have terrible taste and standards, or have received promotional items for free in exchange for positive reviews.

I placed an order and was very satisfied with my experience. I was very nervous at one point in not receiving my tracking information after the processing time and deciding to check the reviews only to see so many negative comments. I emailed the company who were very prompt in their response with providing me the information I was inquiring about. I received my order exactly 2 weeks from the original time I placed my order which is about accurate with the total delivery time. I was pleased with everything except the fitting of one outfit. I had placed $152 order and my money did not go to waste. I live in Cincinnati, US.

This site is horrible!!! If i could give 0 stars i would! They sent me the wrong size for my item and was supposed to replace it.. so I emailed them today to my surprise they blocked me from emailing them.. the last time I had the wrong order the person I was emailing told me no point to sending it back because it will cost me a lot to ship back to warehouse and to just order another dress and they will give me a discount so I did just that for them to send me the wrong dress!!! And now I can’t get in touch with them!! My items took a whole month to arrived! It was supposed to be for my bday 4-11!!! No dress now I’m stuck with the wrong one! Smfh

I ordered a dress from this company and waited more than 2wks! I finally got the dress and it was thrown together very cheap cheap material and I will never i mean ever shop here again. I want my money back the same way I gave it for this bull!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a pure fraud! I ordered dresses on December 26, 2018 and paid for the three day expedited shipping. By the second week of January 2019, I had not received my items, I cancelled my order and told the company I do not want to do business with them. They sent me a return email stating that my order was on the way. I told them again that I didn't want it and they in turn sent me the order at the end of February anyway. I had to send it back PAYING SHIPPING AGAIN when I told them not to send me the order as it was cancelled anyway!

Absolutely NO stars from me. This is the second time I have tried to order through this site. The same thing happened both times. The picture you order shows one thing then SOMEONE LITERALLY HAND SEWS THIS IMAGE THEY THINK THEY SEE, bogus. I'm suing this time though. Class action lawsuit it is. Cause it's blanantly lying. My money too damn hard to come by for a bogus company to lie to steal it. That's why it take so long for you to receive your product, cause they REALLY got to make it.😔

I ordered 3 items for the first time from this website and it took several emails for the shippIng info and finally after 1 month not only they sent the item but I only received 1 of 3. They have pretty up the time clothing but due to very poor service and shippIng I will never recommend nor purchase anything the them again. During that length of time I have ordered several clothing from different website like She in, Ashley Stewart, Forever 21 and Asoph and all my items have come in less than 2weeks. This website is a fraud. I do not recommend.

Negative Zero stars from me!!! I ordered 2 items on Feb 14th 2019 and paid for express shipping which stated it takes 3-10 business days, well here it is March 13th and still have not received my order. They haven't sent me a tracking number. No response to my emails. I highly regret ordering from this place. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will be contacting BBB and a attorney to try to stop this madness. This company is a scam and I'm going to do my best to make sure this company is held accountable for their scamming actions and false advertisement.

I ordered 3 dresses from them on 2/14, emailed them and wanted a refund due to me reading all the negative comments. They stated they would give me a discount on my next purchase. Asked if they had a tracking number for my items. They finally gave me one but when the order came only 1 dress was sent! This place is a fraud!!!

1 star is being generous. This company is just as bad as SHOE PIE. Placed a order Feb. 14th, just received it yesterday which was March 7th. So basically it took a whole month to come. ...I bought 2 dresses for my anniversary one small, one medium. Didnt wanna take the chance of the dress not fitting because my anniversary is March 9th. Long story short the small dress fit it was cheaply made, and damaged didnt really make a big deal until I tried sending the medium dress back!!!. They told me to give the dress away that didn't fit as a gift because the shipping cost to send back to china would be more expensive than the item purchased. Havent looked in to it, but even if it is true I didnt appreciate them making that decision for me. My husband works hard for our money and if I wanna buy something and give it away that's my decision not FOREVER SHE..hope this review stops people from buying. It's not worth it. Ladies shop at FASHION NOVA you will never have to wait a month to receive your order and the items are well made not cheap. And also if ur not satisfied they will give u full refund and a discount for next purchase. You wont be disappointed!!!!

After seeing all the negative comments after placing my order I emailed them to refund my money. And WHICH THEY DID in less then 48hours even tho they kept 10 for shipping which I understand they not accountable for I still appreciate the response so quickly Thank you forevershe.
