Poor response from customer service. The Bot is pathetic. It says it has transferred to a human agent, without confirming whether the huma has joined the chat or not.
Billing is not seamless.
The website does not offer capabilities to the users to remove payment card details. Why does the website need card details for a service that the user has fully paid?

I had a great experience. I found the shoe I was looking for they had my exact size and it fit great amazing store.

Wasn’t a lot of guidance on the types of shoes and things but the check out process was easy

It’s was good for the most part you just have to add more cushion to it and it will amazing

We have used Formula one in Hyperion way Reading, we always find them to be extremely helpful and very welcoming. Very polite and when I Had a nail in the tyre and was expecting a new one I was surprised to be told a repair could be done, this has not been my experience in other places. They also took the time to explain when a nail in the tyre could possibly result in a new tyre.
James was our technician today and he was great.

I do not recommend to buy tickets from this page. Go instead to ticketone for example or any. other website that sells tickets for F1 races.
wanted to buy two tickets for my Dads 60th birthday. Because of the high price of the tickets I wanted to get them from a serious supplier. So I bought them from the official!! F1 ticket shop. Everything went well. Till the moment I received the tickets. On the tickets, the price is printed. It is 850€ per ticket. But I paid 1.142€ per ticket (including a service fee of 66,50 € and a shipping fee of 5€ whilst the tickets were sent by E-Mail)
As I reached out to the customer service, they told me that there is no error on the ticktes.
The price on the tickets and our invoice amount is correct. How is this possible??!!
They told me that they buy a specific contingent from different suppliers to be able to sell the tickets to customers through their F1 website. I really don't understand, how as the OFFICIAL F1 ticket store, you buy tickets from other suppliers and sell them for more than 250€ extra per ticket to your customers. This is an abolute impertinence!!
