Alexandra is horrible

Alexandra is horrible, she will respond in about 24 hours, you say, not bad, but this is where the games begin, she then will ask you to provide
Name
Address
Phone
Proof of purchase
Serial number
All through email

You provide the information
Then she bows you off

I write under a different email and you get the same thing,
But this time she requested a report from the license tech that installed the gas line, I told her, like almost everyone that buys a gas oven my neighbor who happens to be a licensed tech helped me install the gas range, she writes back 2 days later saying, she needs the report otherwise I voided my warranty installing the gas range myself.

I told her this is a joke my children need to eat, I don't have anything to cook on, and most people who own a bbq or an RV can install a gas line and check for leaks with soapy water.

She wrote back. Without the report my warranty is voided.

But realized that this whole time she never responded to my wife who sent the first email with a different email and different phone number

You can't call her supervisor because she is the only one that responds to emails.

She is on a major power trip
She loves to ignore people
She doesn't care, there is no accountability, she will continue to get paid.

The company knows this
They don't seem to care because it saves them money on sending out a repair guy or sending out a part.

Alexandra is a nasty person
She doesn't care that an stove is a vital kitchen equipment.

Never buy a Forno ever again.

I got the part online and installed it myself.

Also, I got the 3 year warranty with home Depot but it only kicks in after the one year warranty is over with Forno

The home Depot extended warranty is excellent they have a live customer service and they help you right away when I had a problem with my refrigerator, I got a brand new one with the extended warranty

Buyer Beware

Purchased a Forno stove through Wayfair. Worst decision ever. The stove top is great, with 5 burners, however, the oven is a nightmare. If I turn it to 350, it suddenly drops so it's impossible to bake. I've also set it to 350 and it went to 400 and wouldn't adjust.. I now know that this is a common problem with this brand. I wouldn't recommend.
