First and last Glasgow Comic Con for me

A Glasgow Comic Con organiser is using the Universe dot com site for ticket sales. I got the early entry with an upgrade, only to receive the general entry passes. Universe immediately tells you to contact the organisers, which I did - and they replied very quickly (kudos!!) but just to confirm I was conned and no solution was offered. They’re just happy my query was clarified.
All purchases are final and no refunds - even if conned for the Comic Con passes.
