A very good service overall, but a little unclear about the choice between self finger-pricking or full medical blood collection needed for the Advanced test. Results were very quick and clear to interpret.

Kate & The Forth Team have made my experience very simple. I made an error on my order and they were quick to support and help resolve my issue. Their communication was clear and friendly. As a guy moving thru his 40s I have been using the Forth testing service for around 4years now (every 6 or 12months) to keep tabs on my T levels and other blood markers. Most important of all is the level of consistency and reliability I have found. Great customer support during & after testing. Perfect example this time around when I had an issue caused during sample taking, Lucy & the team kindly & professionally dealt with it & resolved it.

I have used forth a couple of times now and I am very happy with the service I have received. All easy to understand and reassuring. As well as a note from the doctor. I find it's a quick service and you get the results quick. Will definately use them again.

Overall satisfied and that is why I use Forth rather than any other company. This time the doctor's review fell short. I did not have a test for Vitamin D, yet this was reported as being at an optimal level.

I've used Forth a couple of times now and never had any problems. This time round the service has been exceptional and when my body decided to have a random period and spoil my testing, they have supported me really well and sent a repeat test out.

I have been having issues with being able to produce enough blood with the at home kits and when I reached out I was given all my options. The responses that I received were very fast and quick. I’m very thankful for this efficient process

So I’ve had 2 at home finger prick blood tests done for fertility once at Christmas and again recently, I’ve been really happy with the feedback it’s always been really informative however I have been caused extreme distress due to my prolactin results which I’ve now found out can be very inaccurate.

For starters I didn’t realise your prolactin is the highest first thing when you wake up which is when I’ve been doing my test because that’s what time it said to take the test for fertility etc, I’ve since found out blood tests for prolactin should be taken 3-4 hours after waking up. My blood test at Christmas came back 685 then my recent one 943, I also had it checked at the drs through a proper blood test and it came back at 137, apparently prolactin shouldn’t be taken through a finger prick (as confirmed by my GP) as there’s too many things that can make it inaccurate eg, squeezing finger to get blood out, so I feel like I’ve spent 6 months worrying that there’s something really wrong with me when I’m already worrying about my fertility. Not a complaint as I do really like forth, they’re very efficient and results come back quickly etc but more of a warning to other people in my position who worry about worrying ESPECIALLY when it’s as important as fertility and maybe to Forth to make it clear when to do each blood test for an accurate result.

Lucy in the support team was incredibly helpful when 3 of my biomarkers didn't return & result and immediately sent out a new test.

The blood tests are sent out and arrive very quickly, I got my results promptly also. I had issues with one test as the blood cells burst and I was sent out a free test. Cassidy's customer service was great and very helpful.

A couple of months ago, I wrote an honest but brutal review on the service I had received from Forth.

I have since bitten the bullet and given them another go (they do provide a comprehensive selection of tests, and I was a desperate woman...)

The service this time was second to none, both faultless and speedy.

This is my second time using this company, and once again it has been flawless. The test kit arrived quickly and contained everything needed to easily collect my blood samples. I returned the samples on a Thursday afternoon and on Saturday morning my results were in. The results are given in detail, with helpful information about each one, along with an overall report written based on my results. As this was my second time, I also found it useful that I could compare to my previous results (last year). I will continue to use and recommend Forth.

Defiently use again

My blood test was analysed quite promptly. I had no problems at all. It would be even better if I could provide the blood samples, which was impossible to do using finger pricks, so I had to arrange for the sample to be taken. Quite an additional cost though.

Fast turnaround on my blood tests and a detailed, easy-to-follow analysis of the results. Very useful information and a smooth experience overall.

Super quick turnaround on results and really clear instructions on how to take and package samples etc. I’ve used this twice now to track Iron levels and been impressed with the service and advice received.
