Terrible rtp. I spun $500 at $2 bet size on Gates scatter shot, and didn't even get into a bonus, and I just spun another $300 down the drain on the same slot at $2 bet size, and still no bonus. So much for double chance.

This is a scam website!!! I took their freebet initially and made an amount of winnings with some bets! Deposited then and requested a withdrawal. Nor the withdrawal was made, neither the balance was returned back to my account: it was deducted to a mere 16,71€, so you can’t even withdraw!

I lost here a few times but I also won here and when I won i received my money within 24hrs. Also the verification went pretty fast even if they needed more documents which can be pretty annoying they get accepted within a few hours. I can’t complain. Withholding my winnings
First withdrawal was fast as. Then I got offered 2 separate promotions and they only honored one which at the time I was disgruntled the following day I recieve an invasive email asking atleast 10 questions and I HAD to answer each one. Questions such as do I sell stuff to gamble. Do I owe people money to gamble. Do I feel guilty when I gamble. Does gambling affect my health. At this moment I thought they were going to withhold my $1000+ withdrawal. Now they don't process my withdrawals until the final date of their timeframe which i believe is a stall tactic hoping id cancel and spend it all. Level up casino processes within 2hours max.
After completing x3 deposit bonuses on 10 November 2025 I recieve an email offering a whopping 300% bonus so I made a deposit of $300. With a wager amount of $36,000. As ive only ever played minimal bets it was one of my biggest wagers to date I decided to contact live support and ask what's the maximum bet allowed and even sent them a screenshot of the bonus I was referring too. They responded $7.50NZD and wished me luck. In my entire 10 years of online gambling I have NEVER bet more then $5. I finally wagered the full $36,000 using maximum bets of $3. Today ive been sent an email saying they have confiscated all my winnings because I exceeded the max bet amount. Which I have not. I have NEVER made such a high bet in my life. Ive gone thru my betting history and they refuse to show me where the $7.50 bet amount was. I dont buy bonuses either i played the entire amount with $3 bets. Fortune play have left my remaining $300 and taken my winnings. I can show every casino ive been with bets history and you will see i bet minimal bets 50c/$1 only in this instance i bet $3 bets because i was reassured my live support. I have also downloaded the transcripts between live support. Christine O'Connor is my name so the casino know who it is making this complaint!

This is definitely a scam!! I had verified on making the account, they took my money and refused to give it back when i won. I had tried to withdraw multiple times, but there was a different excuse. First was not meeting their 3x betting requirements. I met those, and tried to withdraw my winnings, next they said that i didnt meet their verification requirements. They may have my money, but they wont get any more.
