I ordered my product on February 9th paying for fast delivery in time for valentines day.
I was suspicious when a confirmation email followed by 2 more emails saying we hope you Liked your product- as if it had arrived straight away. It seemed like a scam. I have emailed support but I have not had any response and I do not have any news about a delivery date. It is either a scam or a poorly run over run company who can’t manage to orders.

Can't even get any updates about my order FGD00040582 should have been shipped way before now

Order #FGD00041327 was relatively a smooth process except identifying a delivery date. I wanted the order to be delivered on 2/14/25, Valentines Day but, there was no place to make that selection. Please help.

Tracking info provided by FPG4U. They took my money and didn't deliver my sweet potatoes. Over a week I have tried to contact them through Amazon but got nowhere. I had to Google and find out the contact details but they refused to answer. I bought 3kg sweet potatoes on the 17th of November 2024.Since the 30th when I use their track information it says, 'Out for delivery today till 8pm' but nothing comes. Why is Amazon group not able to assist yet I paid my money through them?

My order was a gift for mothers was ready on 4/30 still has not been shipped. What’s the problem.

My wife sweater and necklace came in and i can truly say i love it and she will cry when she has it in her hands . I truly will be recommending people and shopping there myself again

Probably the worst company to grace the planet. Order time was well over what stated and when arrived package was cracked and broken and certain parts not in the correct place. I email nicely to hopefully come to a solution, just to get blatantly ignored and no refund or new parcel. Absolute disgrace!

Been waiting for 3 weeks on an order I have place when I asked where it was they said they are on holiday and will get back to me. This was now 4 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. Do not buy from here!

Was good, just wish they showed a estimated delivery time, couldn’t auto fill in my address which was strange
