I order phone as new a class. Everything is good, but the battery was changed third-party parts not from Apple because now every five minutes. I got message to restart and finish repair the battery. This thing make me sick every five minutes this message pops out no good. I will not shop again up there.

Poor support and delayed refund
I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. The package is returning to sender via PostNL, but support sent me an email telling me to go pick it up. Very poor communication and confusion from customer service. I am still waiting for my money back. Order number: #FORZ-1000610594

Forza - the best - but watch Fedex deliveries!
For Forza itself I give once again 5 stars. Quality of product and service. 3 year guarantee. After a bad experience with Backmarket, I have ordered all my company and family equipment (Mac Airs, iphones, ipads) through you for the last ten years without problem. I am very happy with my perfect 15 Plus.
However, I am extremely angry with the lazy Fedex delivery where they were paid to deliver at home, and dropped the phone off at somone elses house 10km away for pickup. I was at home all day especially. Fedex 0/5

Refused to add VAT number to a company invoice
Bought a phone in my company's name. Requested the VAT number on the invoice before the order shipped. The marketplace confirmed in writing they had escalated the request to this seller and that the correction was "legitimate."
The seller refused. According to the marketplace, the seller's position is that adding a VAT number to an invoice already issued would constitute "falsification of accounting records" and "tax fraud."
This is wrong. Under national VAT law, adding a missing VAT number to an invoice issued to a company is a standard correction, not falsification. The seller was asked to provide the legal basis for the refusal in writing. None was provided.
The only alternative offered through the marketplace was to return the product and buy again. The seller would not correct an invoice on a sale already paid for and delivered.
Avoid for business purchases.

After posting that review i finally got a reaction out of Forza Refurbished, they promised me a quick follow up on our problem per email. I replied with additional information that could help. No reaction.
I decided to wait two full weeks to see if i would receive any conclusion/solution. I even emailed them on tuesday outing my frustration. No reply.
I'm scared my a decent piece of my savings are gone.
Even a simple follow up email would help the situation, but there's NO communication.

Scammed by Forza Refurbished, sent in my iPhone over a month ago, they never paid and stopped responding to my emails, they blamed it on PostNL and told me they would open an investigation, but they never got back to me and don't respond to e-mails or whatsapp messages. Outrageous.
I invite them to contact me to sort it out.

Helaas is de zending nog niet door Forza ontvangen en er is een onderzoek ingesteld bij PostNL. Helaas heeft dit veel langer geduurd dan normaal in verband met de feestdagen en vele vermiste pakketten. Onze excuses hiervoor.
We hebben PostNL nogmaals om verduidelijking gevraagd en zij geven aan dat het pakket retour gaat naar de afzender. De track en trace code geeft dit ook aan.
Naar verwachting zal je het pakket dan ook snel retour ontvangen. De reden waarom het pakket niet doorgezet is naar ons is niet bekend.
We horen natuurlijk graag wanneer je het pakket weer in goede orde hebt ontvangen.
