The excellent customer service
The excellent customer service. I purchased the model A6 on line. As I checked it out, I plugged in an external speaker. When I unplugged the speaker, the radio on the unit quit working. On the inside instructions, it said if a customer had any concerns, to call Fospower and "they will make it right"...AND THEY DID!!!
When I called, I got right through to the technician who asked me just a couple questions, agreed with my concerns and sent an email to get a replacement.
Wow, so easy and great customer service.
By the way, the A6 is super cool and has lots of great features.
