Foster Kids United is designed to help foster youth who are aging out of state care. Our programs help get them up on their feet with a strong start. Each youth is provided a mentor who will guide them along their transition into adulthood. Not every young adult is on the same path. So, we are designed to meet them where they currently are, taking positive steps forward from there. As we guide them through life goals and action plans, it helps to ensure they are set up to live an independent, goal-driven life, after aging out. OUR MISSION The purpose of the organization is to mentor, educate, and support current and former foster youth to transition out of the system successfully and prepare for an independent goal-driven life.
