Extremely disappointed by their service. I have waited over a month for film from two cameras to be developed and when reached out to them to follow up all they said that they cannot find it, à ka lost it. No immediate action, no apology, no offering free film for next time - nothing. Those are personal moments lost, it doesn’t seem they take their work seriously. I really recommend never ever using their service.

It was my first time at the FotoC to develop some film. I only did the developing and I must say they don’t tell you that they will cut the film in 4 frames. I would have liked to know that before leaving my film in a photo store. I would have preferred to have them not clipped and do that myself as I have archiving and scanning system. This made my job now harder. This should be always asked and not be assumed that customer wants them to be cut for them.

I wanted to get the fuji. Xt4 with some lens. So good money, but, i was not allow to try the camera, just to check the focus, the quality of image and the menu...very basic staff... but no battery was charged and the sale guy really push on that i could not try to take any photos what so ever before buying it. I most say: very bad service.
So I took my money and went buy it at Photografica. Where i could try it with charged battery. And try different lens with it. And with a great attitude.
Foto C just lost about 30 000,-
I am sure the owner will be happy to know that.
I will never go back there.

Waited one and a half week for a memory car for my camera. Didn't pick up phone or answer email when I wanted to ask about the delivery either. Missed an assignment because the wait was so long.

Ordered a Zhiyun Smooth 4 gimbal, price was lower than Amazon and I had it the next day--perfect.

There are many photography shops around, but here you can be sure to receive a great service and even better, the cameras and lenses that you buy are always of best quality. These guys know what it means to sell perfect working photography equipment. Always with a friendly and yes I can attitude! I have now for some years bought different lenses and equipment with these skilled professionals and I need to recognize their efforts to have satisfied clients. Well done, guys!
