Sending used items to people
Bought Tenba Roadie 21 Air case from their site. Stated new.
Zips are all scratched as it was used before and returned.
Case arrived with no wrapping plastic and in an F-Stop box rather than from factory new from Tenba. It should have arrived wrapped in plastic in Tenba box like all the others I have bought. Selling ex display or returned items as new - Avoid this company.
Send whatever you like to people outside of Italy from an online purchase because you know it’s difficult to sent it back for a refund. Scumbags
Update : Trying to contact me on WhatsApp and offering a €50 to spend in their store to cover up their lies and because they know they were caught selling used goods. New means new wrapped and boxed. Not shop displayed for everyone to test. Avoid.
Case is ex display from shop floor and claiming it's new when there is marks all over the product. It arrived in an F-Stop box with no plastic wrapping from new and even the zips are looking like they were used for months in store as there paint missing all over them. Sending new products means unused and wrapped in original plastic and manufacturer box if sending to a customer. I can see from other reviews they've been caught for this before. Shop elsewhere if you want real customer service.
Update: 22/7/2022
Zipper is now broken on first use and I have to file a warranty claim with Tenba Europe on account of this company sending faulty shop soiled items that shouldn’t be sold as new to customers. Avoid this company as they will con you.

Goodmornig, as already written the product is absolutely new and has never been used, it was in the shop but no one used it.
For the two ruined eyelets that you complain we had proposed 50 € (the trolley paid € 270 including shipping) or the collection of the trolley at our expense, in the review you wrote differently and giving us liars.
We do not understand this reaction so nervous and out of any logic of dialogue .... I remind you that you did not want to answer the phone after promptly calling her to understand the problem and try to solve it with you.
Buongiorno, come già scritto il prodotto è assolutamente nuovo e mai usato, era in negozio ma nessuno l'ha usato.
Per i due occhielli rovinati di cui ti lamenti ti avevamo proposto 50€ (il trolley ha pagato 270€ spedizione inclusa) oppure il ritiro del trolley a nostre spese, nella recensione hai scritto diversamente e dandoci dei bugiardi.
Non capiamo questa reazione così nervosa e fuori da ogni logica di dialogo.... Ti ricordo che non hai voluto rispondere al telefono dopo averla prontamente chiamata per capire il problema e cercare di risolverlo con te.
