Run from them they are very un serious. when they owe you money they don’t want to pay you back. I said if you order something and they are at fault, they’re not going to pay you back you have take it up with your bank and when you do, they’re going to call your names so be prepared very unprofessional service.

I’ve been using Lait Snapchat Diamant from I really love it. It leaves my skin soft, smooth, and glowing without feeling greasy.
After using it consistently, I noticed my skin looks brighter and more even. The scent is also amazing, and the lotion absorbs very well into the skin.

extremely mean people. I received my packaged completely damaged, and i really wanted this product. I contacted them through the email that is stated on their website and also through whatsapp. But i never received any reply whatsoever to my inquiry. They bascially just don't care! I sent them proof and all i asked was if they could reship this product. Very bad customer service!!

I received my refund through chargeback , so this isn’t about money. This is about how the business treats people. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.The customer rep, John turned my frustration about how the bullshit happened into rudeness into staff and said they were going to block me and told me to “ learn some manners “ nothing you expect from a legitimate UK business. The behaviour was shady, the communication hostile, and the tone alone was enough to make me lose trust immediately.

If this is how they speak to customers, I would strongly recommend avoiding them. A refund cannot fix the way a business chooses to act.
