Stay completely clear of these people if you want to keep your sanity and your property intact.
These are fraudulent people. They will take your house and build illegal partitions without any knowledge to the owner. They will break council rules for HMO and fill houses with several people without a licence.
My house was completely destroyed by this man, Salman. He filed it with dubious men who other agents told me were 3 to a room.. smoking .. keeping front door latched shut and not allowing my plumbers to come and do repairs.
This company will destroy your house and turn it into a doss house for squatter and illegal types.
Salman didnt pay my rent on time even once and we had to literally chase him...he practcally wiped out my first months rent by saying he had to do some cleaning and minor repairs..for £1300!!! We gave him the house clean and undamaged and he returned it a disaster with a broken shower cubicle, broken furniture thrown in the garden...dining table thrown in the garden to make way for illegal rooms he put up against council regulations..he kept pushing me to pay for hmo licence when my home is just a small house with one bathroom and it clearly said in the agreement that any hmo costs were his responsibility but he kept threatening without any knowledge of council rules. I called the council and they told me Salman was a lying to me and they were investigating him.
He deducted amounts from my rent for fake insurance policies that he never provided me with...
When the council discovered his illegal activities Salman..this fraudulent company's director, breached the contract and left before the contract was finished without giving me proper 2 months notice and without giving access to do repairs or viewings...nor did he find replacement. His tenants kept the door locked from inside even when we had given several days written notice of repairs.
Do not ever deal with this company if you value your home. He will take a nice house and turn it into a shambles and all he ever does is lie, lie lie all day, every day.
I have taken the time to warn everyone so you dont suffer like l did...l have many lovely houses in sw london and all running very well with reputed high street agents...this was the first and last time l deal with a cowboy rogue trader outfit like foundation property and Mr Salman..his full name is Mohamed Salman but l dont like to insult the name of our truthful Prophet pbuh by linking this perpetual liar with a truthful ones name.
Steer clear of this person. I will be taking him to court for lost rent and damages.
