Emailed the company, the company does NOT reply to any emails, so if you are at home after your holiday don't expect it to get resolved.
Would not deal with complaint over the phone
Wanted to deal with it in person, not convenient, waste time. They need to deal with it the Western Way, NOT their way. They wouldn't listen, always their way to resolve matters.
Unnecessary forms to fill out, a joke
Charge fees on credit cards
Just beware if you have a problem/complaint with them they are slow to resolve if at all, they don't respond to any emails, won't refund your card for any compensation (always cash) and want to deal with you in person.
Not good
Beware of this Tour Operator if you have a problem with a reservation after you have booked and paid for it.
