This shop offers a wide variety of stationary products. I was surprised by how fast I received my international order during the Christmas holidays. The shop owner communicated with politeness and professionalism. I even got a hand-written note, plus something extra, which was very sweet!

First time ordering from fountainfeder and certainly won’t be the last. The delivery was very speedy and the package well packed. I also appreciated the handwritten note and the chocolate they included.
They offer a great selection of sample inks which I’m really glad to see and I hope they’ll expand their brand selection in the future.

I have ordered from Fountainfeder several times and have been very satisfied every time.
I am particularly happy about the offered ink samples, as I have only found whole ink bottles in many shops and I like to try out many different colors and brands.

I was once sent the wrong ink sample - when I noted this by email, I received a friendly reply very quickly. I found the proposed solution to the 'problem' to be extremely courteous.

Habe schon mehrmals bei Fountainfeder bestellt, jedes Mal war ich sehr zufrieden.
Ich bin besonders froh über die angebotenen Tintenproben, da ich in vielen Shops ansonsten nur ganze Tintenfässer gefunden habe und ich gerne viele verschiedene Farben und Marken ausprobiere.

Einmal wurde mir eine falsche Tintenprobe gesendet – als ich dies per Mail angemerkt habe, habe ich sehr schnell eine freundliche Antwort bekommen. Die dabei vorgeschlagene Lösung des 'Problems' empfand ich als überaus zuvorkommend.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service!
One of the products I ordered was wrapped in gift wrap, and opening of it felt really exciting, even though I knew what the package contained. The products were excellently packaged, and to my surprise, the package also included candy, as well as a handwritten thank you letter addressed to me.
