I was able to select the car I wanted online. I called FOW who arranged for it to be transported to my local office in Trafford. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really liked the fact they didn’t try to push for finance etc when I said I wanted to pay cash. They sorted all of the paperwork for me so it was super easy. I viewed the car on Saturday and drove it away on Monday. I would highly recommend.

LH Sales provided excellent service very informative helpful professional. No pressure went through relevant information answered any concerns . Car not on site but as I have seen it on web sight it was decided to leave deposit. There was only one concern the car only had 6 months MOT is was agreed that 12 months was provided which I was happy with .
On collection no issues same professional service from LH . On collection of the car and drove away I did notice that although clean the interior was dusty I did expect some form of Valet . On arrival home it was clear this was. It done very well .perhaps that’s the only room for improvement

Went to view vehicle however not on site . It Was the car I was really interested in . Was introduced to sales lady LH who was very helpful and was happy to answer questions . Explained why not onsite . So left deposit pending viewing I did have one concern that car only had 6 months MOT . However it was agreed that 12months would be given .The service provided by sales lady was of a very high standard . Felt reassured and happy to proceed . Upon payment and collection and drive away the car was not that well valeted was ok but expected better . But over all very happy with the service

I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from them. I bought a car in January 2026 whilst on maternity leave, I thought the car was perfect, exactly what I needed for my growing family. I got a Tiguan R Line. All was sound for a few months and then, the actuator stopped working. Then my headlight module went in June and I got told under Consumer Rights it’s not their liability and I’ve spent close to £1,000 getting it fixed. Then today I’ve had ANOTHER warning light but this time it’s for my gearbox.
Biggest regret of my life. I’ve had it less than 6 months and it just keeps getting worse.

From the most minute I arrived on site, ie reception to meeting the sales executive I was impressed with her professionalism , friendliness and helpfulness, no sales pressure at all making the experience of buying a car really enjoyable. This was underpinned by the management going just that one step further with the sales executive to ensure I was fully informed about the car

We have happily bought 2 previously cars from FOW.

Visited FOW (both branches) on multiple occasions whilst looking to buy a new vehicle unexpectedly as they had a large range at a variety of prices. The staff were always friendly and helpful and it was a relatively easy process to view the cars and get keys to look inside.
I’d arranged to test drive a vehicle did have to wait 30mins before it was ready which was slightly frustrating as they knew what time we’d be there. But oh well! Very short test drive lap.
Did eventually purchase a car from them (Winsford branch) they are keen for you to use finance not cash and obviously have upsells which you can choose to take out as well. No discount for cash or competitive deals.
Come collection day I was frustrated. I’d been advised that the car would be valeted, and the scuffs looked at and remedied (documented them on a map of the car as well!). This didn’t happen. Turns out because I’d arranged to collect the vehicle on a Monday they don’t do a final check over the weekend to make sure it’s ready for collection. So what should have been a relatively easy collection resulted in additional time being spent getting the vehicle in a more acceptable condition. I’m aware it’s a used car and there will be wear and tear but to not even clean the vehicle when I was told it would be just made me question other issues which had been raised. I was reluctant to accept the vehicle in the condition but they were very keen we left that day with it. A compromise was made but I was told this isn’t the first time this has been an issue with collections after the weekend.

The customer service was good Maya & Danny dealt with an issue that wasn’t their making, and I appreciated their help to come to a resolution.
Not sure FOW do love new car day as much as they claim or they’d have worked harder to make sure customers were satisfied when they left and the vehicle was ready without additional stress.

I had sales rep Emily Eagles I believe - who managed to get my car traded in as a part exchange and me leaving with the car I wanted within 5 hours - the car being washed and serviced too. The customer service was top notch, I don't think anything was left out, and they went above and beyond to help me out, me being in Manchester for only a short time.
I'd recommend anyone doing a part exchange to bring the whole service history and purchase documents as it seems to help the staff out and speeds everything up - I was lucky I did this.
The test drive was disappointing for how restricted it was, but Emily was so knowledgeable about the functionality of the car it more than made up for it - I left far more informed about the car than I started, which ultimately is the best outcome of a test drive I feel.

I left paying about £17000 for a near new 2025 Renault Clio, with a 3 year warranty on almost all of the car.

I would use FOW Winsford next time, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I recently purchased a car online unseen, from FOW and the whole experience was dealt with efficiently by Daiva Norkiene.

I would say she excelled in every way possible and found a way that I could receive my vehicle on the day arranged.
I was apprehensive as it is the first time I have bought a second hand car unseen, but it arrived as arranged on time, the driver was courteous and made sure everything was OK,.
On checking the vehicle it was exactly as advertised, I am very pleased and would buy a car again from the same people.

Sales executive Sienna was very helpful and took care of all the paperwork with ease. Good part exchange for my old car and the new car is brilliant, bit of a low battery warning which will be due to sitting up for a bit, expecting it to go soon, aftersales were right on after I emailed and very helpful. All in all a good experience.

Great customer service from Rebecca at FOW Manchester , I had a few issues during the purchase process of my new Mini , but she was extremely open and honest and provided a good overall interaction.
