Paul and the team were exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble, they didn't even complain when they had to wait 4 hours till we got the keys.

Successful move

The only criticism is the way my bikes were loaded. But they arrived safely and undamaged.

From start to finish they were brilliant.
Alison was very friendly when she visited for the quotation. She never complained even when we asked for a second and then third visit.
They met our needs perfectly, with a three day package.
From the first day to day three they were amazing. So kind and respectful to my mum, and really chatty with us. They wrapped and packed her things with care.
I could not fault the team.
We will definitely use them again.

The two guys were amazing, they turned up on time each day of the move and were extremely friendly towards us and our dog. They explained the process well and checked regularly with us if they were unsure. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we would highly recommend Fox

On a horrendous rainy day the lads
On a horrendous rainy day the lads we’re absolutely superb, nothing to much trouble, polite and well mannered apart from about a 30min break they just didn’t stop all day, they were brilliant, a credit to their company.
Also the three lads that waited at the other end (Newquay) again were superb. I would totally recommend them!

From the efficiency of the lady who booked us in (Alison) and the subsequent quick and clear communication by email, to the unfailingly polite and capable removal team, I was delighted with the service we received.
