Very rude female staff on the phone call
Very rude female staff the phone call was recorded and the staff member should be on Universal credit and not working for a well known company the manager should listen to the call that was made on 6th of August 2026 I PROMISE the way I was spoken to I would NOT recommend Foxes Removels to remove your personal items BUT I do recommend that the member of staff have training how to speak to people with respect infant I recommend if you want to have any removals done is to use someone else than FOXES and I will phone up headoffice and make a serious complaint about that 1very rude member of staff

Colin worked tirelessly in the heat all day to pack and load our household items and he and his team finished the packing the next day and delivered all our goods safely at the other end. I would recommend Fox’s to anyone. Colin and his team were not only efficient but very pleasant and helpful.

The booking was easy
The booking was easy. The staff are helpful. two guys who turned up were really good and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. They made a stressful thing go very smoothly.

Successful move
The 3 guys from Wales who managed our move were very helpful, all our furniture was packed into the removal van , transported and unloaded into the right rooms in good time with no damage. The move was efficient and ran in good time, all completed before 4pm

From start to finish they were brilliant.
Alison was very friendly when she visited for the quotation. She never complained even when we asked for a second and then third visit.
They met our needs perfectly, with a three day package.
From the first day to day three they were amazing. So kind and respectful to my mum, and really chatty with us. They wrapped and packed her things with care.
I could not fault the team.
We will definitely use them again.
