Thank you for your feedback, John. We’re disappointed to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the timing of your delivery. As outlined at the time of booking, your consignment was arranged as a part-load service, which means delivery is scheduled on a mutually convenient basis and dependent on route planning and vehicle availability. This flexibility is reflected in the reduced price compared to a dedicated service.

Wonderful Service
I would like to retract from my previous feedback about Fox! It was done in frustration and doesn’t actually reflected the job done in UK. Like before; they carried out the Freight Move and Storage wonderfully, smoothly and went above and beyond in a very professional manner; I’m definitely appreciative and grateful. However, their shipping partner, World Wide Movers were bit slow and mixed comms with the clearance and therefore taking longer than anticipated. I should have taking into consideration that services are totally different in each continent, albeit unfair review on my part, Well and thank you Fox for the service back in UK….

Thank you so much, Siaka, for taking the time to update your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be and appreciate your kind recognition of the service our UK team provided. It was our pleasure to support your move, and we’re grateful for your acknowledgment that some challenges at destination were beyond our direct control.
Your words mean a great deal to our team, and we’ll continue to work closely with our partners overseas to ensure smoother communication in the future. Thank you again for your trust in Fox.
