Arrived on time and really got on with the job, completing the removal efficiently effectively and with consideration. Really pleasant team who were professional, respectful and hard working. Dismantelling of large items (paid for) well handled with no difficulty.
Storage for three weeks as expected.
The move into new build, again prompt and efficient. Team leader same as outward move brought good continuity and was very helpful with a cheery and positive disposition. Good to see a familiar face and makes a difference on a stressful day. This team let down by some negativity from one member of staff who moaned about the reconstruction.
Some minor damage to one or two items, nothing major.
Overall a good experience and a company I would use again.

The two men were superb
The two men were superb. They did everything with a good spirit. They detached and reattached ny settee. They dismantled my computer desk and put it together once moved. They took off the fire door and fitted it back. Wrapped crockery etc. Couldn't fault them. Brilliant !

The team made the move so much less…
The team made the move so much less stressful! With 2 young children it helped so much! Extremely professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked so hard Packing removing and moving our house.

Excellent, professional service - highly recommended
Fox's three man team worked quickly and efficiently in extreme heat, and with friendly good humour, to pack and take all our household stuff into storage, pending a move to a new house. As the access lane is narrow, they used a box van to shuttle everything to the large removal lorry which was parked elsewhere. Many thanks all!

First Class Removal Company
From the moment we did our online quote via whats app ( what a great idea!) to the removal van leaving us in our new property today I cannot rate this company higher! Their customer service was great, so understanding of how stressful moves can be. The 2 removal men were polite and professional, speedy but at no time cutting corners, taking care with all of my possessions. Would definitely recommend!
