I didn't start off with Fox Grant as their valuation was below that of others but with few viewings and no takers I quickly realised that other agents had inflated the value to secure my custom. Having had no real interest I changed to Fox Grant and was looked after by Adam Field.
As well as being realistic as to value he was motivated and kept in regular contact with updates.
A very pleasant company to deal with and my property successfully sold.

We found Fox grant to be responsive and very willing to help our estate agent get things moving when they had slowed down owing further down the chain.

Received excellent service from Adam,well supported by the rest of the team. Kept informed throughout. Used a range of periodicals and local papers to promote our house sale which has been successfully concluded

My main reason for giving 5 * to Fox Grant is Adam Field, (although there's some very good admin. staff in his office too). He is intelligent, professional, listens, actually tries to understand clients, has integrity, honesty, a sense of humour that he keeps under control if you want him to, and goes the extra mile whether you're selling or buying. We've known him for 9 years (during which time we've bought and sold a few times) and have just sold our house through Fox Grant in Wiltshire. Adam found really good buyers, managed the sale brilliantly, and was always a pleasure to deal with, as usual. Would I use them again? Absolutely. And there's no other estate agent I'd say that about.
