Would give no stars if it was possible. I paid for goods which have not arrived. I have tried several times to contact them by sending polite emails and online webform but have been totally ignored. No telephone number available so unable to speak to anyone.

They advertise their products as luxury designs from independents, what they actually sell is cheap Chinese stuff from AliExpress - they even stole the images from AliE. Type in "pineapple pen" in AliExpress and look what happens...same product, same pictures, 1/3 of the price. I ordered from them once, they never sent it, and the owner had an incredibly entitled attitude, she claimed she couldn't send a replacement or refund me because she was going on holiday...

Ordered from this company - items never arrived. Have contacted multiple times and been completely ignored! Beware - feels like a company in trouble who are taking money then not delivering!

Ordered 30th November 2023, received an email 6th December saying the order had been dispatched, to this day nothing had arrived (15/01/24). I have emailed the company email address and contacted them via Facebook messenger but had no response. Shocking customer service!! I will be contacting my bank for a refund, if they’re closing down and can’t fulfill the orders then stop taking people’s hard earned money!! I’ve found similar items on SHEIN (much cheaper) which I will be ordering. I’d give a 0 rating but trustpilot don’t allow that!

I received the wrong item and another item missing!
I have sent several emails but none have been answered to.
I have ordered from here in the past and they have been brilliant but since they have put a closing down sale on, I would not recommend them.
It seems now they are no longer interested in there customers and there standards have dropped dramatically.

DREADFUL COMPANY! My order never arrived, I tried on so many occasions to contact them (via varying methods) to find out what was going on and they didn’t have the decency to respond to a single one of them.
Find someone else who deserves your hard earned pennies because these cowboys certainly don’t

Emily and Molly have literally changed my life. After following Emily’s new course, and Molly identifying my son’s tongue tie (after 7 awful months), my baby has gone from waking and feeding every 45 mins - 1.5 hours, to long stretches of sleep and occasionally sleeping through. My baby has always been a nightmare to feed and never settled on a night. He’s now feeding and sleeping SO well, thank you 🙏🏼 highly recommend to anyone.

I placed an order in their closing down sale, my ordered arrived missing lalalaletmeexpalin book.

I emailed with no response, left comments on instagram with no response. I DM them and they were worse than useless.

Perhaps because they're closing down they don't care about customers.

She told me she remember packaging it, ok well it didn't arrive???? And no they haven't responded anymore.

Absolutrly avoid. They don't care about customers only money.

This year's diary is not a patch on last years. The quality is very poor. Inside paper is thin and printwork is faded. No information in diary eg Bank Holidays etc. The edges of the cover are already starting to peel. Don't waste your money just order off Amazon as there is nothing special about these diaries.

Bought planners off them a few times now, always love them. Would definitely recommend

I recently ordered the Annual Food Diary - Slimming Friendly. It is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is outstanding. I took advantage of the 50% off and added a ruler and monthly side tabs, both also look and feel great. I am already thinking of making another order as I can not stress enough how much I adore the diary. Thank you!

I placed my first order with Fox & Moon after finding them on Instagram! The products I ordered came quickly and I was over the moon with the quality of my purchases. Not just that, the diary I purchased are so well set out that you’ll find yourself using sections of it you didn’t even know you needed!

Ordered from fox and moon a few times and absolutely love their products, the quality is outstanding and also customer service is second to none. They even ask the customers questions, to always improve their product offering! How amazing is that. Five stars all round for this small business :)

Absolutely love my personal planner, it's the only diary I have used constantly, everyone comments on how lovely it is, it helps keep our small business organised. I also love watching and following the girls on insta, hard working and lovely 😍

There has never been a single issue with the planners, calendars, diaries, inserts, budget books, recipe books, well being books or stickers I've ordered over the years from F&M and if there has been a *royal mail* issue.. the lovely ladies have replied straight away on insta and sorted the problem there and then. Never too much hassle!! They are absolutely top notch and I don't know where I would have been without these queen's who make all my organisational dreams come true!! ❤️

They are one of the best small businesses I have dealt with and I have recommended them to everyone who wants a perfect diary

I have ordered two planners from this little business in the past 2 years. Quick delivery and beautifully packaged. The planners were just so pretty and had everything you could want in a planner. I even had one of them embossed with my initials which I think is such a fab idea! Customer service was excellent and couldnt fault the ordering process one bit! This company is just lovely and something to be really proud of!

Absolutely fantastic service and products!! I have ordered a few times and haven't got 1 complaint at all. The food diary's are the best I've had the service I've received is top notch! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
